The shyest wildest cats get VERY cuddly during their first pregnancy. Cats hear heartbeats at long distance and can not keep pregnancies secret between other cats. They become desperate for a 3-months-shelter.

I had a pregnant cat jump into my car while I was camping, as skinny one can be and we didn’t have any food. 2 weeks later she poppes out 6 babies who had to be bottle fed since she was too small to feed them. Now we have her, 2 of the best kittens and they are all spoiled brats lol.

@@Speed001children dont owe their parents, parents owe theor children. There is zero selfless good reason to have kids. "For the economy" whole technically 'selfless' isnt a good reason and often results in one being a bad parent according to what developmental psychology says children need. Any good reason you have will be along the lines of "*i* wanted this and *i* knew i was ready for this on a practical level; at least more ready than the ones doing it for the economy" However there are both good and bad selfish and selfless reasons to avoid habing kids. Though ive personally seen that most have multiple of both of these catagories when they are very firmly in the dont want to have kids catagory. Children dont ask for you to bring them into existence, you force existence upon them. YOU OWE them a GOOD life raised by demonstrated to be effective methods for the first 18 years and teaching them proper responsibility, emotional regulation, independence, interdependence, codependence. How to navigate those situations. You owe them allowing them socializing amd freedom as they get older. They owe you zilch since they didnt ask for you to have them. You willingly took on the burden when you decided to have a kid. Now if you're good to them; they are more likely to want to show their gratitude than lets say, if youve always held necesities over their head like a carrot on a sick

Sadly, this is part of being a cat parent. Cats' lives are way too short. All we can do, as parents or siblings is a home, and all our love until the end. Pancake had a great life with his Cat Dad, and gave back the love he received tenfold. As sad as his passing is, we can at least be happy with this (that's what I keep telling myself, thinking of my former siblings at least)

@marcopohl48757 ай бұрын
@@JasTheSass I came up with RFG before I heard of CDS and to be honest I find it both, funnier and more fitting.
@Choco____17 ай бұрын
@@marcopohl4875 Well, you aren't entirely wrong. The RFG is a rarely used implement of the CDS. The way the CDS works is by comparing potential recipients (their need for companionship, their financial stability, their household conditions, their personality, their gullibility, etc.) to available merchandise. This is usually done by manual approval within the CDS office. However, there are special cases in which merchandise deposit orders are canceled. This could be from a variety of reasons, but it is typically due to a recipient's conditions changing rapidly and significantly enough that the recipient is deemed inable within the 2-4 business-day-long CDS delivery period. This could be from a house burning down, the loss of a job, or the death of a recipient among many other possible reasons. In such cases of canceled orders, it ends up leaving merchandise with no viable recipient. This facilitated the creation of the RFG. The RFG is an emergency feline deposit system that automatically finds a recipient and implants the merchandise within that recipient's home, bypassing the observation and analysis period required by typical CDS proceedings. In this case, it is unclear as to whether the RFG had been used, but it certainly did come from the CDS.

She couldn't be given a home as she was too feral but i'm sure she's doing fine for herself given she was part of a sort of colony.

Reminds me of my dad, he didn't want a cat. But I fell in love with a little black kitten, and my mom got me the kitten since she knows my dad won't or do anything no matter how much he says he will. I ended up naming her mama (probably one the only words I knew how to speak) and guess who fell in love? My dad did. Though the same can't be said for mama, he can just look at her and she is running for the hills. And he hasn't done anything to hurt her, it just feels like she knew that he didn't want her to begin with and now my dad is punished for it. He literally had to bribe her with treats just to even let him be near him, and even pet her. Though at some point he had to stop giving her treats since the only brand of treats she could have was starting to make her sick. And it went back to her avoiding him, even now he can make the slightest movement and she is gone. And me and my mom are the only one she likes, she doesn't like my older brother that much. It's honestly a little entertaining seeing how she runs for it after my dad just glanced in her direction
