8:57 This is the 1st time I have seen this information, it is very helpful. This means that the lower concentrations of Benzoyl peroxide are not as effective as the higher concentrations for short contact i.e. 30 seconds which is the average time of a face wash usage…? Therefore, when using a face wash a higher concentration would be more useful than a lower one, BUT it also indicated that a 5 percent was the SMEW as a 10 percent So ideally a 5 percent BPO for short contact. A lower one would be effective if a leave on treatment is being used and where less irritation as possible is required!!

@@joselitocatlover4236 You can sandwich it.. Moisturizer - Benzoyl Peroxide - Moisturizer, or Moisturizer - Benzoyl Peroxide, or Benzoyl Peroxide - Moisturizer. Just let the the products dry first before applying another one.

Is it bad to use a 10% even with non major (a few spots here and there)? I used 5% a few months ago and switched to 10%. Then I stopped using it for a couple of months and started two weeks ago with 10% benzyol peroxide again. I apply it every night in combination with a salicylic acid + 10% AHA/PHA serum from Neutrogena (And of course moisturizer) for the whole night. I have seen a lot of improvement in my skin but I just want to ask you. A professional.

Bcs my pimple become harden ..and like the tiny pimple/tiny bumbs is like trying to get out so they become bigger ..and red..it is like it trying to get out..and may pop?
