Hi Bharti, your videos on yoga for diabetes is really helpful. I have been practicing it for over a month now and I feel great. Dhanurasana was too difficult for me in the beginning but now I'm doing it using yoga belt. It's a great experience

Hello Rabya! Glad you are finding these helpful! For forward bends, you need to work on your hamstrings and hip flexibly. It comes slowly with practice but you will get there :)

Hy bharti THE COMMENT IS GONNA BE BIT LONG - so I request to u if u could please take some tym out of ur busy schedule for ur this subscriber (infact it must be a problem of a lot more like me) so "subscribers" As I have recently found ur channel n m loving the way u explain everything..thanks a lot for that first of all:) Secondly as I'm a beginner (means I hv been into yoga for a while now bt not properly, having bit of knowledge abut few asanas such as sun salutation, kapal bhati n all) but now I have decided to give proper attention to it n hence been searching for complete yoga routine videos all over the youtube bt ending up getting confused after watching a hell lot of stuff everywhere.....there r warm ups, stretchings, deep breathing excersises thn balancing yogas n seperate body part yogas n a lottt more:( Can u pleasee guide us on how to start it all from the stretch, the correct way for beginners (not very basic though)with right sequence to start it at their homes without wasting a lot of tym wandering all over the utube for the same As m in my early 20s want something that complies a bit of everything - body shaping n toning, workout n most importantly taking care of my complete physical n mental health, basically an 1/2 to 1 hour complete routine(with explained sequence for.....warm up, stretching, excercises n all) to practice in initial months to be able to jump into intermediate n advance levels later on. PLEASE I CAN'T EVEN TELL HOW MUCH IT WILL MEAN TO ME N FOR A LOT MORE PEOPlE LIKE ME OUT THERE .... waiting for ur response 😊

Hi Mansi, I can understand your pain. It can be difficult to find what you need specially as a beginner. I would suggest before jumping into routines, you try out this 8 episode series where I tried to go through all the basic asanas and stretches in a calls format - starting with warmup, asanas and final relaxation : 1 Month of Yoga : kzbin.info/aero/PL_UNwumabFwXEUz86qWG8p5QxsZQRmLck . Once you are comfortable with this you can try out the 30 mins daily yoga routine : kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYOZpqaordl9iM0 . I will try to come up with more 30 mins holistic yoga routines in the upcoming months for you :)

This was great but I feel the pace was way too quick. I would hold the poses longer to get more benefit.
