@@jhozefdeleon3714 depends if you’re a beginner or not. If not you can do this whole video for one workout, if you are a beginner I would suggest starting off slow maybe split the workout in half and slowly ease your way into the full workout

i would like to thank u for this training im in day 4 and still on the same level of motivation im seeing alot of improvment thank u again bro ❤‍🔥, im editing this after 10 months ive learned alot in the lifting career i started going to the gym instead of at home having a good split with good volume training to absloute failure and ive learned everything and looking back at this makes me feel happy for how much people were supporting me and i didnt even know , my starting wieght was 57 kg now im 80 with and happy with myself i would like to thank this guy again because he was the reason i was motivated every day, thank you.

Impossible to do in 30 days but those exercices are pretty good and I’d really recommand them. He isn’t talking about weight but you should use lighter dumbbells for triceps exercices since this muscle in commonly less stronger Keep it up guys ! Have a nice day

Make sure you focus on trieceps, they are the larger of the two and will give better dive to arms

Bro you always gotta have full range of motion. Without it you muscle will not get enough stretch. When you did the straight biceps curl you barely went all the way down and there was still tension on your muscles. Keeping tension throughout the excersice will help in increasing strenght whereas a good stretch in each set would give you good volume. Also in your triceps kickbacks, you need to push your arms a little further so you get the full triceps contraction and hold it for a few secpnds

You totally can change your body in 30 days. I'm 6'1 on my low side of weight 168, just bullshitting and drinking alot and fasting alot, not on purpose but I'm doing it.. I can easily go up to 190 in 30 days working out all the time and eating healthy and drinking alot of water. Done it many times.

Guys here is a small tip:- Always train more on your triceps because your triceps cover your 2/3 of your hand,so for bigger arms concentrate more on triceps

Hi, I don't know where you live, so I definitely can't recommend any sporting goods store. I advise you to simply find collapsible dumbbells on the Internet and compare them by price / quality. They are not expensive, so this is the best purchase for home training 😉💪

Your long head biceps looks good and well formed. How to specifically workout for long head biceps, without triggering the peak and triceps? Coz, in most cases it's the peak and triceps which gets pumped up.

There are lots of videos on KZbin claiming that you can build muscles in 30 days or burn belly fat in 30 days bla bla bla . I have been doing 2 hours exercise every day including cardio and bodyweight exercises and maintaining my calory deficits too but got a very small change which made me learn that nothing comes overnight. All these youtubers are making fool of viewers only those are true who tell you that it will take minimum 6 months to reach any results if you continued . Stop clickbait guys .
