I'd like my parents to do this, but they both suffer from high blood pressure, and one of them is on an antiplatelet. Is it safe for them to do this? I'm not seeking medical advice, just a direct answer: yes or no is advised. Thank you.

Always consult the doctor first 😊. That said, moving your lymph is as natural and necessary as breathing. It's only contraindicated in some cancers or bad infections. You should never do a drain when spiking a fever or actively sick. Let the body do it's cleansing work before you resume. Be aware they're probably going to have herx reactions. They have to be hydrated well with sea salt, potassium and magnesium of their choice. I advise against commercial premixed electrolytes. They never work for me for some reason.

Supposed to be done on the skin, and the movements are too strong and quick.

Traditional thinking is that it has to be light, however stimulating deeper is highly effectively, especially with deep thoracic duct blockages and dis-ease.
