It isn’t pointless but it has absolutely nothing to do with size. This is why big has stayed the same for 10 years now.

I would say overhead press with a barbell or dumbbell is the best or one of the best exercises for front delts. I have never heard anyone intelligent say anything negative about that exercise. Big is using an overhead machine though. It's helpful, but it's not going to be nearly as effective as free weights.

Yeah my shoulders and arms are sore all the time. My neck sometimes too if I do like some neck raises how the navy seals do while laying down. Do like 200 reps of those 4 times.

If you eat four to five per workout how long will that last and that stuff isn't cheap

Hey man, you shouldn't be giving fitness advice if you're only focusing on upper body workouts. Getting in shape involves more than just training your chest, shoulders, and arms. Where are the leg workouts, VO2 max runs, or interval sprints? Your routine lacks balance-barely any back workouts and absolutely no leg training. Come on, be serious and start doing some real workouts.

Yeah, but I'm not convinced he want's to be in great physical shape. He does appear to be cutting again, but he only trains certain certain muscles. He doesn't even work legs, which many people think is the most important muscle.

@@billj4525 Yes, legs are the most important muscle group. And a running program should also be included like VO2 Max runs, threshold runs, sprint intervals, and long runs.
