I did all this exercise as a beginner under trainer's supervision and did faced any injuries but yeah i agree this ones are quite difficult specially upright row and reverse machine shoulder press too

100% agree on the back drop. I have learned the hard way. I had to go through a 6 months recovery because of that. Thats how seriously I screwed up.

Very nice! Could you please make a video on Deadlift and RDL posture correction? For the intermediate gym goers only. I think such Video can inspire beginners also to consider including after their initial 4-6 months are over. Thank you!

Good morning Sir.. I am Nadeem from kashmir, my age is 38, and I am diabetic for last 13 years, I am on insulin and medicines, my weight was 90 with 5.5 ft height. Since I started to see your videos I gained confidence and I started work out in gym, finally I lost 18 kgs and my sugar goes down, I also started doctors choice whey protein during work out which results to build my muscle also. I was going fine, now I started modi care l carnitine and whey , now my sugar level raises again...is this happened by these above things or any other reason... please mention it

brother with my experience i would say don't use whey powder instead eat Plant based and Meet based protein foods... my sugar also used to raise whenever i used sugar free whey but soon after i started using plant based proteins instead of powder i am seeing significant changes in my sugar levels ( please consult your dietician and doctor before taking any decision cuz diabetes is very sensitive disease )

Video is highly essential for gym and new joining person as enthusiast donot know what to do and gyms don't have such a level of trainer and if available than will not be able to watch in crowd. In case of injury the person will not come , loss either side👍

Sir, khuch sawal hai agar aap answer kijiyega to asani hogi. 1. Sir agar mai aapke video follow karke khud apne ghar me workout karta hu to kitna din k baad mai intermediate position pe pochunga? (Mera target weight loss hai) 2. Sumo squat performe karne k liye weight kitna rahena chahiye? (Mera weight avi 86kg hai, mai 70 kg se perform karta hu.) Please sir ❤️

Sir 15-20 rep aur woh bhi deadlift sa muscle ma lactic acid form ho jaya ga which is not good for muscle growth Negative ma jaya gi muscle growth is (High rep for deadlift 5-6 rep for medium load ) (low rep for deadlift 3-4 rep for heavy load)...

Right sir biggners KO toh yeh exercises nahi karne chaheye but jis exer. Main hamara Koi Bhi body part unnatural position main ho ya strain feel ho woh. Ex. Or movement toh intermediate aur advance lavel ko bhi nahi karne chaheye mujhe ESA lagta hai. 😊👍
