How are all my lovely viewing people today? I hope you’ve had a great week and I hope you have an even better weekend. Today I try something a bit different instead of doing boring old blocks from the motor I thought I do a nice huge Aluminium bronze pirate coin and hey KYLE of other coins as well as a big bunch of blocks that will be used in the future casting project no doubt. I used all the copper from the motor and added 5% aluminium for an awesome golden aluminium bronze colour. Don’t forget to hit the bell 🔔 for all notifications as I’m working on a giveaway for 5 lucky winners very soon , they can be anywhere in the world I just need to work out what they will win and what the giveaway would involve. I won’t be putting giveaway in the title as that would attract a lot of people that don’t normally view my channel so you will not know which vid it is so be sure to watch them all👌🏻. And like I normally say if you like the rings used in this video be sure to check out the description where you can get 20% off the already discounted rings using my code and if you want to try your hand at melting yourself you can buy the burner on its own or the whole furnace set up and I can organise a 5% link for you of the total furnace price just email me on the link in the description😁👍🏻.

HOW TO MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it??????.
****************************************************
STEEL FOR MY FRIEND
I keep all my steel and cast iron pieces and I give them to my friend and once he gets about a tonne from me and his own collecting he takes that to the scrapyard and sells it then he buys some beer and comes over to my house and we make a night of it.
No My friend doesn’t have a KZbin channel he just scraps metal in his spare time.

Fake money, sure, but first couple of weeks in quarantine any paper 🧻 was a luxury item. You young whippersnappers watching these videos in the future don’t know how close we came to wiping with kitchen paper or leaves because people were hoarding all the toilet paper. Never seen a line that big at an ALDI on a day they had no specials. Was thinking of getting the family sanitizer for Christmas. Young ones won’t know the struggle.

Gotta tell yah man, I love it when you make custom things out of your pours. I know a big goal of yours is to collect a lot of ingots of these various metals, but it does get tedious after a while. Always a pleasure seeing some of your custom molds getting used to make amazing things, so the more of that the better! Keep doing what you do best!
