Not really, most companies that are not entertainment, are not trying to get validation from its consumers . They’re providing a service, whether it’s the food, cleaning, construction industry. If a man sucks at something he blames himself and works on getting better or he tries to find something else to do. But whenever a woman sucks she blames men for not laughing at her jokes, for not watching her play soccer, for paying her less money, for finding her unattractive if she is fat and doesn't shave her hair .... the list of complaints is endless but they have always the same basic ground which is: "It is your fault if I suck."

Women can be as funny as men, It's just that comedy comes from a place of suffering and confidence, which women generally don't have as much as men.
@SmallFaerie6 жыл бұрын
Hahahaha! That was really funny! So men can be funny after all!
@mariusloveless78805 жыл бұрын
@@SmallFaerie Rayan was almost right, he is almost there. What I think Rayan was on the surface of was that, women do not handle suffering and lack of confidence the same ways. Women in our society are allowed to cry, feel sorry for themselves and generally be meek and timid when upset. If a man exhibits those behaviors while sad, he is generally told to "Man up", sad but true. So to combat their suffering and lack of confidence men develop a strong and dark sense of humor, they learn to laugh at their own pain and release that pinned up angst in the form of comedy since generally they can cry or be seen as "weak". Obviously in some families and societies this is not true but in general Western society this is true. So in turn women do have as much suffering and lack of confidence as men do, BUT they typically are able to deal with it in a very healthy way, they are allowed to release it emotionally and allow themselves to be vulnerable, men are frowned upon if they do that and turn suffering into comedy, which as it turns out self deprecation and dark senses of humor translate into REALLY funny comedy.

What a fundamentally-damaged question and positive answer.
@jonnyhan8 жыл бұрын
Why is there a NEED to ask such a question and hear someone's approval? Women can be very funny, but generally there are far fewer women one would come across that are hilarious compared to men. Women have affinity for political correctness, they are the ones that create "soft" language that Carlin spoke of. That is because women have more empathy than men in general, which is scientifically proven. That empathy makes them less likely to be funny, because stand-up comedy is somewhat about pushing buttons and offending those that should not be offended. Women also often have far fewer targets to make fun of. For example most female stand-up comedians in the west are overwhelmingly left wing and will not make jokes on feminazis or the rabid left wing culture that has taken over Universities. Male comedians like Burr, Louis CK who still lean left somewhat, don't have any problems picking on their own kind. South Park is as critically acclaimed as it is because they criticize the hypocrisy of both right and left.
