He didn’t lie in this at all. White women lives aren’t the worst
@rolanddeschain6265 Жыл бұрын
White women living in rich developed countries genuinely have it the easiest of any group of people on the planet. Compared to white men alone, they're more likely to receive a good education, more likely to receive government assistance, more likely to receive support from their families, less likely to suffer homelessness, ineligible for the draft, more likely to be hired for non-physical-labor jobs, vastly more likely to receive child support/custody/alimony in a divorce, more likely to have a circle of close friends, and less likely to be the victim of homicide OR suicide. Oh, it's also basically impossible for a white woman to be sentenced for a serious crime unless the evidence is overwhelming and heinous, and even then they'll receive half the punishment a man would for the same crime. There are currently about 2,500 death row inmates in the USA. Only 50 are women. Do they have perfect lives? No, obviously not. In particular the way the medical system treats women is pretty ugly, sexual harassment etc is unpleasant and frequent, and there's plenty of misogynistic stuff happening out there like mechanics trying to rip them off or old white guys at work talking down to them. But on a day-to-day level most white women walk around falling ass-backwards into money and luck, are never forced to do backbreaking labor to survive, and never see the slightest consequence for bad behavior. Must be nice.

@@juan.zabala At a certain point the charade gets old. Read the short story the Emperor's New Clothes. How can any honest man go in front of a crowd and say things he knows not to be true? That man can't live with himself. That man lives for the opinions of others so he doesn't have to reflect on what he thinks of himself. Bill Burr took a stand on SNL; a show that tells people to think one way and he gave them a little taste of the real world and that not everyone thinks the same way they do.

The SNL crowd awkwardly laughing is the best evidence of how funny he actually is
@aemontarg69344 жыл бұрын
Someone brought up a great point that it’s likely an audience of white women and white men afraid to laugh.
@martinmarriott18193 жыл бұрын
He won that type of liberal crowd to laughing with him... a great success !

Dude I am so sick of SNL's biased comedy but Bill Burr fucking killed this

THIS is the "offensive" stand up people were talking about?! Man this is very tamed compare to his other stuff.

I thought so too, but SNL isn't a Netflix special. Plus, after the Martin Lawrence opening monologue years back about female douching got him a lifetime ban, there's gonna be a limit!

4:17‐4:46 True but funny. 😆 I'm an African American and I appreciate that he sometimes discusses actual facts and history on certain events that took place regarding my ancestors in his stand up. Great comedy!

I agree, though he didn't really mention that black men were voting 50 years before white women got that right. White and black women got the right to vote at the same time.
