My mother did this to me once. She didn't erase my shows, but she wanted someone to watch the show 24 with her, and I'd tape it for her, and when we sat down and watch nearly every episode, she'd fall asleep. This was years ago, but I ended up HATING the show because I had to watch it like 3 times every episode. But now I don't watch much TV on the TV. Netflix and Hulu are far easier and accessible now. Better Call Saul!
