YES! Once again, Bill fucking nails it. Sexual assault and its causes are very, very complex and can't really be generalized for all people who are assaulters and the victims of it, because each case can be unique, and blah blah. Everyone knows this. And, everyone knows that if a guy rapes a girl, or vice-versa, then that person is a fucking piece of shit and obviously should no better and get blamed. But in the scenario that Bill was describing, if one of those "wild" party girls were to get raped because of how they were dressed and acting... I'm sorry, but I truly believe that the girl would be partly to blame for it. Granted, by partly, I mean like 10% tops, the other 90% being the rapist's own fault for not having self-control. Yes, women should be able to dress and act sexually if they wish, however, they too must always keep in mind what they're doing is stimulating, and if they wanna dress and act like that, then they damn well be prepared for some creep to try and jump her. They should never just assume that because they're technically free to do that stuff, and that they have the right to NOT be raped, that every single horny guy around will respect that.
