I dont think that's the case here and even when Bonet came out, she never said anything other then "he was a shadow" which I took to mean that he was a Helicopter TV parent. It's weird to me that these type of stories YEARS (in some cases such as this one DECADES) ago somehow don't do their due diligence to get their facts straight. Just another rock to stone her with in my opinion. Lisa WAS NOT a "single mom raising her child" but was MARRIED to 1st husband Kenny Kravitz at her departure from BOTH "The Cosby Show" & "A Different World". She DID return to "Cosby Show" a few yrs later with her then (tv) husband shown in the clip & introducing little Miss Raven Symone as her step-child. She played the former college girlfriend of Will Smith who was murdered in the blockbuster movie "Enemy of the State" in late 1990s or very early 2000s. Obviously she was VERY financially secure to be able to maintain her exit from HollyWEIRD and chose to focus on raising her & Lenny's daughter.

I was born in 84 and i remember watching the cosby show when it was still running new episodes. He really was America's dad and it seemed like no one disliked him or ever had anything bad to say about him. He opened so many doors for not just comedians in general, but African American comedians specifically. There's hardly any of the biggest names in comedy today that don't list him as an influence. He's an educated man with a college degree and a "Dr." in front of his name. He seemed so good and wholesome and talked so lovingly about his wife it would make you swoon with envy and hope someday someone spoke about you that way - with such love and devotion. When the news broke about all of his perversions and whatnot I didn't believe it until he basically admitted it. One of the biggest shockers in entertainment ever, hands down. One of those things that make you question everything you thought was fact based reality and shows us we never really know somebody 100%, even when they're in the public eye.

That can't explain deviant predator behavior Sixty women, with names that aren't remembered. or thought of as individuals. They're only identified by a number that can't determine guilt They violated the individual rights of victims !! Assault is not a matter of public opinion It's not an amateur, psychology

I’m sick of the patriarchy 😢this is so sad …. We are so unprotected and disrespected because of men and their trauma and it’s not ok!!!!! This is exhausting especially when we have daughters of our own that we have to raise … Bill Cosby to Will Smith 😢no one was there for these women and that’s so freaking frustrating 😢

It's easy fall into making generalization but I'd say the overwhelming majority of men are not like Bill Cosby. Most men including myself would like to see guys like Bill Cosby punished for their actions within the confines of the legal system.

Was this about a suspect ? Or women without police reports & medical records , to identify a victim that has to identify a suspect What are their names ? How many women could that be ? When it doesn't happen . Women that want the statute of limitation laws, to be victims , Then allegedly get dismissed with lawsuits Are victims a profit margin, insurance policy, or lottery number ?

Didn’t Cosby do that to all of them though? He was very controlling over the image of “the Cosby kids” as if they really represented him like they were really his kids! There’s an interview with Joseph C. Phillips where he talks about this and another one with both Earl Hyman (the grandfather, cliffs dad in the show and the voice of panthro from thundercats) and Malcolm Jamal Warner about this issue. (Hyman talked about this situation here with Lisa Bonet and Malcolm talks about how Cosby told him how to use his money but also how he didn’t want him getting involved too heavily with the actress that played Justine on the show, Michelle Thomas, Warners eventual fiancée). Dude was like a tyrant about not only his look but the stuff he wanted and how secretive he did things. Now that we find out what he was really on, I wonder how his wife has just decided to stick around and act like she is a doting wife. This dude was on some monster shit! How can you just sit by and let him go do this stuff and not say anything?
