Everybody has there demons, and I really hope he can get some of his under control because I think it would be an extreme tragedy to loose such an obviously genuine, talented, good-hearted, amazing talent too soon (which unfortunately has already happened all-too often). Damn post Malone earned even more respect in my books on him being a good dude. He asked where to put his cigarette out before he tossed it on the stage and stepped it out. He could have easily just done that but he wanted to ask billy before he did it to make sure he didn't have an ashtray on stage. I bet 99 percent of other rappers would have just tossed it without asking

How are you talking about Post’s playing when Billy is right next to him? It’s really easy to tell you’re not a musician. What Post does is simple and someone who’s been playing less than a year could thump the bass note and strum the chord. Billy is transcendent as a guitar player, though.
@tylersveryownreactionchann7613
@tylersveryownreactionchann7613 Жыл бұрын
@@Augrills yes Billy is way better. But Billy being great is not surprising. Post being great at playing rhythm guitar *was* surprising to me because I don’t expect that from auto-tune mumble rappers
@Augrills
@Augrills Жыл бұрын
@@tylersveryownreactionchann7613 he’s about as good as Johnny Cash was at guitar which isn’t all that special lol. If you can play an E chord and an A chord and thump the bass note, you’re fine. You don’t even have to play the B chord, just the bottom three on it. Johnny clearly used guitar as a way to keep track of the song, not such much for a good sound. It was a tool for writing and feeling music for him. It was as punk rock as country has ever been

@@Augrills ok man I'm not just talking about the chord shapes. I'm talking about the absolute perfect strumming timing and the perfect picking of the alternating root notes.
