Not an easy choice! Both are exceptional! If I had to choose 1 it would be the Zymes. Since you take it at the beginning of the digestion process I feel it helps all along the complete digestive system to work better. Both have helped improve my health. Thank you Solex!

I think I like the Biome best if I have to choose- but I like the whole Core system. I haven't ever seen a probiotic like this!

If I have to choose a favorite, I am going to choose Zynes. I have dealt with digestion issues my entire life, and the Zymes have been a huge help in easing the issues........ but I really do like them both and take both every day.

I havent tried Pearls yet, but I am loving Biome. After using it for a month I am noticing small shifts and feel really good. I am using the full AO Gut package because I know that even though I try to eat really healthy my gut has some issues. I've tried many other products and I've done the whole yogurt, saurkraut and even kombucha route....nothing seems to work. But since I started AO Gut I feel the shift. I ordered more.

I love them both and take them together so hard to know which one I love more. If I had to choose I think I would choose the zymes. So awesome at helping with digestion and breaking down the food.

Zymes are very necessary especially if you're over 40. Biome I guess everyone should benefir from. I will be ordering a few for my patints in Ecuador

What a great call! I am so thankful for AO Core! I think my favorite was the AO ZYMES, (especially after reading the Enzyme Factor years ago, and knowing the need for enzymes), but NOW, my Favorite of the two is the AO Biome! I seriously and so happy with the benefits. I tried not taking it for a few weeks, when I ran out of it, and now I am convinced that it is crucial for my digestion!

I like Biome. I am very excited to take Biome and ditch the pre, pro, and postbiotics I have been taking. I love that it is all in 1 capsule per day! I trust the science behind all your products and you are the best with your price point. I am also happy with your zymes even though I sometimes have trouble remembering to take it 20 minutes before meals. I was glad to hear Jenn say, "Just take it" because that is what I have been doing. All of AO CORE is amazing! Solex, you are the BEST!
