I LOVE the details you always add into your art. I might be looking too much into it, but at 0:18 the bird’s singing is yellow. I think the bird represents Roman’s insecurities and doubts, all the fears he has about himself, the dark thoughts. The bird’s singing is yellow, like deceit’s colour, because it sings of lies. Huh. I’m back. New addition, just wanna point out how the bird itself is pale red, not yellow, and later on it becomes black and then morphs into that shadow thing. It’s not deceit. It’s almost like an extension of Roman, an apparition of his insecurities. 0:15 the crowns in the bird’s eyes. 0:23 the trash can labeled “failed ideas” 🥺😩 + the other sides’ colours leaking in under the door with the light 0:25 SLAYIN with those red painted nails 0:35 the words over the bird in red and the question marks. I’m blind y’all, but I can make out insecurity, help, hero crossed out ;-;, and doubt. :( there’s one more word but I can’t...aight updates from the replies apparently it says prince. Thanks :D 1:09 the shadow hand! This is notable to me because it’s only after Roman’s insecurities creep up from behind him, onto him, that his thoughts truly begin to spiral, he tears up his idea and loses it after. 1:11 creativity twins splitting :( 1:12 Virgil, Remus, Logan 1:13 Courtroom with Patton and Deceit and Roman looks SO conflicted D: 1:18 oh honey no don’t tear up your ideas D: 1:21 there’s something just horrifyingly beautiful about how the red is HIS colour, but here it’s doubling as the blood on his knuckles from punching the mirror, and then the sword materializes in his hand- I’ve just been watching it over and over so I can catch and appreciate all the little details skfsjdisjxjsjc
