Yeah, I use the Bridge bilt multi grip bar at Home gym con it was wobbly. I’ve got some video of it somewhere but yeah that was my first impression. I know that was a prototype so maybe they’ve updated it since then, but the prototype I use was definitely wobbly.

I feel like the problem with the bridge built multi grip attachment is that the weight is going to be slightly above the wrist, and you will constantly be having to fight gravity although it might be close enough that you don’t feel it. I am skeptical though.

That’s what people mean by wobbly. The bar clamps tight but having the grips below the center of mass makes the attachment unstable. It’s similar to trying to hold a kettlebell upside down for bench press. Tried the attachment at hgc and stability was definitely an issue, but maybe they’ve improved on that…

Best part about having a home gym is you can do what you want, when you want, how you want, and without feeling like an idiot if you look dumb trying something for the first time. Only con for me is price😂

I tried going back to commercial gym and I quit after 3 months. I got better equipment at home and I don’t waste time commuting and waiting in line for machines.

Multigrip attachment is more expensive than the product that it "replaces"? I don't know... Why won't people just buy an actual MG Bar? Makes no sense, at least for me.
