@@theamethyst93 I wrote about the mass media's intentional portrayal of black women as the "Mammy," the "Jezebel," and the "Sapphire." It occurred to me that we are being programmed to believe we can only be accepted by being the Mammy. The other two are villains.

Soft life/tradwife doesn't mean "we're acting like white women" though. We're just not doing the struggle love anymore. Instead we're getting in traditional relationships where the men lead/provide, and we have the option to work inside/outside the home if we want to.

Im more so talking about videos ive seen comparing black women to yt women. I didnt say it was a white woman thing. I know plenty of blk sahm, my mother was one, my sister & other friends that are all black
