What you hit on right at the 20 minute mark is probably the best lesson to take from this. No matter how noble a person is, the potential for corruption is always possible, especially without any oversight, or even worse, if you are the oversight yourself and there's no one to watch you. As you said people start making deals with themselves "Well if I'm a little better off I can become a full time activist and help people!" and then they take more, and more, and more. What communists and socialist fail to understand is that this core human concept, the potential for corruption and the inability to avoid it without oversight, is why their systems fail every single time. When people have the ability to take from the system without consequence, they will. At least in a capitalist system, a business owner who takes too much from his company will eventually leave it without the funding and resources to continue to function, and will in essence kill the goose that laid the golden egg. In communism and socialism, along with "activist organizations" like BLM, their donation stream seems endless, and requires no work to maintain, so it never seems like there's an amount that can't be stolen until the bottom falls out and people start checking the receipts, trying to figure out why this thing that's supposed to be helping isn't helping anyone. It's basically the same realization when citizens of the USSR saw how Americans lived vs. them, and they saw the palatial mansions the communist leaders were living in by comparison. That anger is universal, it's an anger that can only come from the realization that you've been duped, swindled, cheated, and taken from. Capitalism is our best attempt to date to harness and slow mankind's greedy nature into a system that forces him to restrain it due to accountability. Whether that's accountability to shareholders, customers, or the market itself, his reckoning always comes eventually. When the corrupt also control the oversight, the grift becomes endless.

Capitalism is a horribly vague term created by our enemies, don't use their terms to define yourself with that is weak. Be more specific as what you are referring to. And no, free trade does not keep the market itself in check, it lets it go full fucking hog wild.
@thisismyyoutubecommentacco63022 жыл бұрын
@@MALICEM12 Yeah I don't know which "enemies" you are referring to, but don't presume that me and you are on the same side of anything. The free market transfer of goods and services is inherently transactional, meaning corruption can only drain the provider of capital until they are no longer able to provide the service. Thus the market provides a check for corruption, as the misappropriation of capital, be it resource or funding, will damage the mechanism through which additional income is generated. I didn't say anything about "free trade". Ironically international trade is almost inherently not purely transactional as it often relies on unnaturally cheap labor thanks to authoritarian regimes, many of which are communist and socialist. Again, don't presume we're on the same side until you actually understand what someone is discussing, and "free trade" is almost as vague of a term as capitalism, so please don't commit the same crime you're accusing others of doing, my tolerance for hypocrisy is only so high.

Because, just like Marx himself, she's a leech on her supporters, and she doesn't do what she does out of love for the people she claim to speak for, but out of a hatred of those who would deny her. Following Marx' example, she loves luxury, and she hates that others have more than her, and also that she would normally be expected to either produce goods or sell her labour to keep that lifestyle. Marxism (and arguably, most forms of socialism) is a method of grift, of using rhetoric to trick others into surrendering their power and wealth to the movement's leader/leaders in exchange for the (so far never delivered upon) promise of equal prosperity. I mean, technically, everyone being equally impoverished is one way of delivering equal prosperity, but that form of equity is not what the movements claim to offer, is it?

Back when BLM was starting up a local Liberal radio station, KGO 8.10AM, invited Alicia Garza to appear on the Brian Copeland afternoon show. I remember being on the fence about BLM and their unethical tactics like harassing people in restaurants and BLM organizers endangering the lives of protesters by blocking highway traffic. Since one of the leaders of BLM was on Copeland's show, whom I liked at the time, I felt that would be a good time to listen & finally come to a decision on BLM. The show was lackluster until something strange happened when Copeland took calls: Angry. Racist. Call. After. Call. One. After. Another. Woah. Hold up. Something isn't right. KGO has from time to time gotten the obsessive radio audience member calling in yabbering on about some nonsense. But this, seemed....scripted. These weren't normal KGO listeners / callers. Even Garza was feigning frustration claiming she "get's this all the time." Copeland played it up as "America's wHiTe RaCiSm." A couple days later on a different radio station NPR had Alicia Garza on, took calls, and the SAME EXACT fake racist callers called in repeating what they said on Brian Copeland's KGO radio show. That's when I knew BLM was a fraud organization. And if I tried to air my suspicions: "Racism." Let's pay very close attention going forward. It's going to get REAL spicy very soon.

Experience helps, but there's no silver bullet. Close off & re-assess when you get deceived. Be reasonable with what you're willing to give of yourself. Try and hold fraudsters accountable & out them in the public eye when you spot them.
