Just made these, halving the recipe for a pan of 6. DELICIOUS. Only thing I’d change is adding at least 50% more blueberries next time.

I already made this muffins twice for my granddaughter and they are super soft, fluffy and moist. I didn’t use the crumbs on top of them and aren’t too sweet . My granddaughter loves them

- 220 grams of flour makes muffins that barely fill the cups. - using oil and melted butter half-half, 1/2 cup (125 ml) makes much tastier muffin's - buttermilk is fine, cream (18%) is better, definitely not milk Not a great recipe.

Baking is critical: start with 6 minutes at 205°C, then lower to 190°C for another 15 minutes or so. It's critical for them to rise beautifully.
