เป็นแป้งทำให้ไส้ขนมหรืออาหารข้นใสและหนืด ไม่เกิดการคืนตัวง่าย เหมาะสำหรับที่จะนำมาใช้กวนไส้ทำขนมและซอสต่างๆ ค่ะ 😊

​@@bunditniyomwanisha8700 ไม่เชิงค่ะ แต่ว่าสามารถนำแป้งข้าวโพดมาใช้แทนแป้งกวนไส้ได้ในกรณีที่ไม่มีแป้งกวนไส้ค่ะ พูดง่ายๆก็ใช้แทนกันได้ค่ะ แต่ถ้าไม่มั่นใจก็ใช้แป้งกวนไส้ดีกว่าค่ะ😊
