Really enjoyed this walk. It's not interrupted by ads every few minutes. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, gentlemen, for posting this video and for the two mile walk/workout Jordan leads, too. I've been so badly injured twice that I'm fearful of walking outside in my area---I'd have to drive several miles just to get to a place that's meant for walkers' safety (for even terrain, not because we have a high crime rate here....we don't, thankfully)---and with winter coming on with its attendant ice storms, this will be absolutely perfect for this senior woman to work out to.

Thanks a lot, guys! I recently broke a toe and while it's not nearly as painful as my hip and knee issues, I can't walk much with it right now, but I can do this on my patio and it's good for when the weather doesn't suit.

I love this. Will do 5/7 days along with some form of Daily Dozen calisthenics. That's my speed right now and enough to make a difference, to do a reset. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this workout! I like Jordan's sensible, flexible attitude of starting some place and then adding in movement or picking up the pace as one gets more able. Thank you Bob and Brad, and thanks to you Jordan.

Good cues for a beginner 15 minute low impact workout. I found it easier to follow with the sound off since the musical beat does not match the rhythm of the actions.

I am so out of shape I could only do the first 5 minutes, but I will keep trying. I have a question. Would it be better to do 5 minutes several times a day? I have a history of a torn meniscus, but it isn't right now. I want to exercise without risking injury. Any help is appreciated.

This is the second video of yours I've watched where the moves don't match the beat of the music for most of the video, which is very distracting. I'm not sure if I want to follow you or the music. Much easier when they match.

@jb67124 жыл бұрын
Oh, sure, "go outside and go for a walk..." Not where I live, I can't! My apartment building is on one of the busiest corridor roads in the country, with no paths and not even shoulders to walk on (nor to bike on), and worse, one of the most heavily trafficked freeways is only feet away from that same road. The police don't want anyone walking because it isn't safe, so we have to drive miles to get to one of the parks around here---and nobody goes in the ice storms we're going to be hit with soon. These indoor workouts are perfect for us seniors who have to be very careful of the surfaces we walk on, and of who we're around, so for those like you who can go outside, please get out there, away from us, and let us work out in peace, walking indoors with whomever, and however, we can.

Or mind your own business and don’t discourage people from exercising the only way that works for them? 🤦🏼♀️
