(Other videos show this, as well.) She immediately went home and called her lawyer. If she didn’t think this was an issue, and that she was in the right, she wouldn’t have been worried. But she Immediately ‘lawyered up’. And that speaks VOLUMES!

He honestly agreed to leave the home because of their marital issues but it's very clear in the interview that he indeed thought he was doing the right thing by leaving and giving her what she wanted. Honestly what I think is yes they had marital problems and they chose to separate but it was a control power move on her to get the father out of the picture so he wouldn't notice any of this stuff going on.

I heard in another news interview that Russell had already escaped. The more she uses the phone the more evidence they can get from it once it’s searched. If she calls the mother and says don’t come or anything that will impede the investigation is another charge. In another video the mother knew to call a friend to go get the other children before she arrived on scene so there was some type of communication happening, whether the lawyer called the mother and warned her they’d find that out.
