Police body camera footage captures a dispute between Lindsay Shiver and her husband, ex-college football player Robert Shiver. She claims Robert pushed her as the family was packing to head off to the Bahamas but he denies it. Robert says he did not want his estranged wife to board their plane for the flight to the Bahamas. He also says she planned to meet her boyfriend. The officers left without making an arrest. Five days later, Lindsay was arrested for the alleged plot to kill her husband, a claim she denies.

I’ve watched the longer version and the entire time that the husband is explaining how she is essentially just using him for a ride to the Bahamas to see her boyfriend, she doesn’t even try to deny it. The dad continues to say that it’s confusing to the kids that she would ride with them there and then run off with her boyfriend (who is 10 years younger by the way) and he’s absolutely right. He seems calm. She seems like she’s having an early mid life crisis… ruining her life to be with a younger man. The longer version explains that her parents had to go down to bail her out and get her an apartment there because she can’t leave 😂

I had a friend who’s parent we’re divorced but they still lived in the same house because it cost too much to live separately and they both contributed to the mortgage and it worked ok for them. This woman has more than enough money to rent a small apartment somewhere so that way she doesn’t have to experience “hell on earth” living with her ex husband. She doesn’t have to be in that house with him. I just don’t understand why she wouldn’t just move out. If she’s not working and can’t afford to get her own spot without her ex husbands help, then Go back home with your folks, ain’t no shame in that.
