Love the intensity of this one and how it kept moving. I don't always get as sweaty when we don't use weights, but this felt great and challenging the whole time. And I'm super sweaty! 😊

I am struggling this week! This is definitely going into the 'save' list... Thank you Amy. I've said this before, but I have been exercising my entire life. Before kids there was a period I was in the gym 2hrs+, 5-6 days/week. I have Never felt better than I do now and I have never appreciated my body the way I do now. Thank you for being so comprehensive, efficient and effective and for enforcing such a positive body image focus.

This morning, I wasn't really feeling it and was looking forward to coasting through an "easy" 30 minutes of cardio. About 5 minutes into this workout, my heart was racing - thanks for not letting me off the hook today!!

Yeah, got that cardio done... So hard, but so quickly over, thanks Amy. Circuit 2 got my heartrate really up high...and expected that bonus round... But it was hard, got my heartrate by 145... Had to slow down for the burpees ... Cardiofun... I don't usually like cardio, but this one was gold. 👍🏻❤‍🔥Heart was on fire🧘‍♀️now I have to cool down a bit ;-)

YES Amy thank you for reminding me that I have that endurance in me, because I pulled through this amazing cardio flow without a break! It went so fast that I did not have time to think I was tired! Though it was nice with the active recovery in between to get a breather. :-)) I definitely will bookmark this and come back to encrease my endurance even more! AND would love to see more cardio like this!😅❤

I don't think I could have admitted this while I was doing the workout, but now that I'm done I can- I really needed this! Something to challenge my physical endurance vs strength with weights. I would love more workouts like this! Thank you so much Amy!

I felt it hard to breathe at times , but I was reallly trying to push through the high intensity, but then I had to take some breaks so my heartrate would come down.

I’ve been off for 5 days since my 7 yr old son got strep and I felt so lethargic and gross without my daily sweat. Let me tell you I didn’t think I would come back without missing a beat and here I am drenched and happy chemicals are flowing ♥️ thank you for this!
