Nothing isolates the hamstrings like the TRX. Fun workout & great mobility too!

Did this one on Thursday 7/28/24 for the first time and was so sore. Going for it again for a 2nd time today. This time with more stretching at the end. We will see. I can do all the leg work but need work on the core feet in straps at the end. Loving you videos on KZbin need to check out the app. Thx

Ha ha ha after your work out I hardly could walk down the stairs for my shower. I need to strengthen my knees and core and this is a perfect training. Also because you give options. Looking forward to be able to do the exercises in the more advanced style when I am stronger. Thank you so much, greetings from the Netherlands in Europe

I love this workout! But I feel like I need a little more. Will I tone up doing just this workout, eating healthy 90% of the time, and living an active life. I have had 3 boys, and I would like to tone up my tummy and legs. I have tried some of your other workouts, but I keep coming back to this one.

I wasnt feel good since Monday, and couldnt do any workout, then yesterday I saw we had TRX so my body was like come one lets do it, and I ended up doing TRX and ISO dumbbell fire. so my body is on 🔥now.
