Hi Amy, I just wanted to say thank you so much for posting these workouts. I had an emergency C section in 2020 and I was doubtful of my ability to get back into exercise and running (I love running). Your workouts helped me get my body moving and my strength back up. I'm enjoying your recent uploads from this month as I feel the workouts are harder and challenge me more. I get up at 5am every week day and do a workout of yours before my toddler wakes up at 6am. Thanks again, I'd be lost without your workouts!!! :-)

Loved how we slowed it down some today and still had a very effective workout! I appreciated the additional form cues. One example: how I should feel my muscles contracted in the back of the legs and glutes during the planks. 💜💪

It felt like Christmas morning when I saw the Athlete Calendars and KZbin playlists!! I have gotten some family members in on the challenges for the next couple of months, too! Absolutely LOVED this workout! I like not being rushed and focusing on the move itself. Plus the added bonus of being able to go heavy. It was the first time I went heavier on several moves and felt like I really pushed myself. It allowed me to take my arms to their limit which felt wonderful. When I was done I felt so strong! I'd really love to see more like this. It was perfection! :) xx

Love going back to basics because it gives you the opportunity to focus specifically on the muscle group being used and not have to think about coordination. This workout is so effective not only for the strength training, but for the cardio aspect as well. Awesome workout 💥🔥✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️‼️
