These are excellent deep stretches for spine alignment and stretching. I particularly enjoyed the position variations to engage the whole body, top of head all the way down to the toes. Many of these stretches will join my go-to list.

Great! I loved this! Consider wearing lighter color clothing for filming purposes. Take time to view some other videos and compare how many details are available to the viewer when different colored clothes are used for filming.
