Thank you, thank you for this hip release yoga practice. I am 65 years old and have been doing yoga...not always gracefully, but doing yoga, for about a year now. I find that your videos for pain and hip release greatly help in keeping me from running off to the doctor to get medication and it is helping me avoid surgery for now. Juliana and Mark are a God send and I will continue to come to them for my physical and mental health. Again, thank you so much!

Just after the video when it’s just you and your mat 🙌🏼. I recently started doing that, i actually like it better. Even though having the savasana in the video is good for timing and a prompt, doing it untethered to the electronic afterward adds a certain peace!

I always come to Boho Beautiful when I am stressed out, anxiety high and don't feel like doing anything at all. After a short 20 minute video, I do another and another before I know it I've accomplished an hour of movement. It's never a chore or a box to check, it's a blessing. Thank you! 🫶

I love love love your yoga videos! But, i find quite a few that are not really as long a practice as the title says. This one for instance, says 20min but we dont begin till about 1:45 mark & we r finished by 20:20 mark. So the video is 21:13…if we begin at 1:45 time stamp, then it is more like 18 1/2 min video, lil less. I love the things you advertise & let us all know about..it would just be helpful if the title reflected the true time of the actual yoga practice/session. In love! & always thankful❤️🙏🏻

Can everyone do the last pose?!… My head cannot be near my knees while I lift my hips up. It’s physically impossible for me… Even with my head a little in front of my knees I can only lift by butt a little off my feet..

I understand you! But if she can do it, that means it's possible, we are just not there yet. She is just very flexible! Not sure if a longer torso helps. But I guess for you and me, it's a goal to work up to. Someday! I'm still working on my middle split.
