This is literally EXACTLY what I’ve been needing. I always end my workouts with stretching, but the combination of stretches you do here is perfect for getting that deeper release at the end of a workout. Thank you for this 🙏🏼❤️

Really nice class with good instruction. I’d recommend padding the knees with a blanket, or double folding the yoga mat when doing the quad stretch.

I set the same splits goal last year and failed miserably, I basically plateaued and could barely make any progress so I gave up. I recently read about PNF stretching, give it a google. It makes so much sense and explains how I made any progress at all when I did. Just thought I’d share that to help you avoid the disappointment I had. Then again I haven’t watched this full vid yet so maybe she gives some better tips (but I knew I’d loose this comment by the time I’d watch the full vid). Anyway that’s my long winded “good luck” to you Marlon King 🤙

@@ahumanaperson Many thanks for your suggestion, I've done about 5 days so far and I have noticed improvement with my back flexibility also. Been doing 5 minutes on each side which isnt much but manageable. I will now have a read of PNF as you have mentioned. Thank you and all the best.
