This 20 minute yoga practice is great for tight & sore muscles after the gym or any other physical activity. It truly is the perfect yoga for runners, hikers, athletes or even anyone that spends a lot of time on their feet. This twenty minute yoga flow is a great instructional yoga class to increase hamstring & hip flexibility as well as release any muscle fatigue and soreness in your calves, hamstrings, and IT bands. A yoga stretch practice like this is a beautiful way to breathe and stretch tension from your physical and mental being as well as reenergize tired muscles.
This yoga practice for beginners and all levels will help you release tension, soreness, and aches out of your hamstrings, quads, calfs and glutes while at the same time giving your mind an opportunity to let go of mental tension and stress.
Do this yoga for runners after a long work day or an outdoor hike, or anytime you feel your body is in need of really deep and releasing stretch.

Hello from the czech republic, I just want to thank you very much for those videos. I was a 21 y.o guy who couldn´t touch toes and was with hands almost 20 cm above the ground (or toes). My back hurted as I have spent a lot of time in the school and then I´ve found your channel and tried to train every morning and now it´s 3 months I subscribe you and I have never ever been more satisfied with the flexibility of my body and I also feel healthier, cleaner... I added daily yoga to my routing about 6 months ago and it has completely transformed my life at age 57. I was and still am an avid hiker and backpacker but never realized how much damage I was doing to my body. Adding just 45 minutes of yoga at the end of a days hike allows me to sleep pain free and hike for a week straight with no recovery needed after. I will add some of these asisas to my routine. This is probably one of my favorite new videos of practicing yoga, and the peaceful waterfall yoga video I've been practicing that one since it came out. In love with the amount of positivity you're able to achieve on a daily basis, and how much you've helped me throughout these past 4-5 years.
