Hello from the czech republic, I just want to thank you very much for those videos. I was a 21 y.o guy who couldn´t touch toes and was with hands almost 20 cm above the ground (or toes). I added daily yoga to my routing about 6 months ago and it has completely transformed my life at age 57. I was and still am an avid hiker and backpacker but never realized how much damage I was doing to my body. Adding just 45 minutes of yoga at the end of a days hike allows me to sleep pain free and hike for a week straight with no recovery needed after. I will add some of these asisas to my routine.
