just want to give you a little tip I lost 2.9 kg in a week. try to stop eating so many carbs, salt and sugar focus more on protein and less calories.

@@GreaterStrongerBetter I'm non veg lover I ate lean meat as egg whites and chicken breast salad and in evening for dinner I ate only tomato zucchini for your taste add boiled chicken breast. And try to take 1-3 gm of salt only for a day, eat fiber base fruits as the medium of sugar. Do some exercise too in a day I did gym for 3 hours straight.
