@@cheeseboyt8672honestly no… most Star Wars games I’ve played have had no lightsabers. There are more story games with lightsabers maybe but I’d make an argument on the story side it’s about 50/50. But total most games have no lightsaber play as the core to the game. You got the battlefront games which yes have lightsabers but that’s not the core gameplay loop and the first og has none. Star Wars republic commando, Star Wars, squadrons, racer, clone wars 2002, starfighter, demolition, rogue squadron etc. most of the franchise honestly has no lightsaber play

After watching some of the other gameplay trailers they dropped for this, I am pleasantly surprised. This particular team from Ubisoft clearly are passionate about Star Wars and wanted to make a Scoundrel Adventure in it. Love lightsabers, but it is always awesome to see the more gritty underbelly of the Galaxy of Star Wars and see how regular people live under the Empire.

Yeah that was a big thing I loved about the Andor series, the protagonists felt really weak compared to the all powerful empire and I hope outlaws delivers that feel the same way

The Jedi, The Sith, The Rebels and the Empire are just tiny grains of sand in a massive massive galaxy full of countless planets and history, I’m glad that for once we are gonna see Star Wars through the eyes of someone who isn’t force sensitive or is fighting the empire etc. we need more of this. ❤️

They nailed the SW atmosphere and graphics! But it's still Ubisoft, so I'm cautiously optimistic. But it won't be open world like for example AC open world. More story driven and linear with bigger hubs. We will see.

It’s a bit worrying they didn’t allow you to play in the open world… for me that’s the main selling point of the game. As a kid I played as a rebel soldier on Hoth (Battlefront) as a Jedi (Jedi Fallen Order/ The Phantom Menace PC game back in the day 😂) but the ultimate one was just travelling around the galaxy, being a badass. I truly hope this delivers on that!

Because it's either empty, or it's a bunch of copy past outposts like Far Cry and Assassin's Creed. That's not a dig either, AC Shadows blew me away and I loved Odyssey, so if Shadows is 100 hours of clearing 200 Forts, I'd be happy. I'm just saying that from what they've shown so far, there ain't hardly anything out there when they're showing off the speeder bike, and chances are they're ain't much outside of the usual Ubi style filler stuff.

Tons of repetition, emptiness, and more have been pretty common for these types of games unfortunately. So trust to automatically think it is just that is kinda running low.

Except maybe jedi survivors that I know of at least. I just wanna immerse into the world without being kicked out of it with modern politics... Some of us have been waiting for a game like this since Kyle Katarn got his Lightsaber. Not everyone wants to be a Jedi and personally I can't wait for this. I loved my Smuggler back in the day playing West End Games Star Wars TTRPG and though Star Wars Galaxies, and to a greater extent The Old Republic, came close, we really haven't had a non-force user Star Wars game in a long, long time.

While it wasn’t exactly a Wanted system, Star Wars Galaxies had a Bounty system where when you were scene with a Lightsaber out or using Jedi powers you would get a bounty, and then after the NGE it returned but was turned into a punishment system for getting deathblows on players. The people hunting you were always other players of the Bounty Hunter profession (class). Bounty Hunters also had the ability to do NPC bounty missions which rewarded a sizable amount of credits and schematics for crafted Bounty Hunter armor which had the appearance of one of the components for creating Mandalorian armor.

I feel good being able to brag to my brother that I told him so, when I first heard about this game I instantly had faith in the process. Now here we are, the game look unbelievable! Just as it should be. The world, the costume, the characters’, all look very interesting. I’m a huge critic on NPC’s so we’ve yet to see how they come along. I’ve seen other commentaries that hinted that you would have to ask around for things in small towns or cities, so if they deliver like Skyrim on that, then well.. lovely at best. Also, if the NPC’s actually randomly have chores and relationships with one another similar if not better than Red Dead Redemption, then wow. Thanks for pointing out the snow on the jacket, the cold air breathing effect, how nice it felt to fly, ride the bike, and unlock the puzzles. These notes all make me feel even more anxious. I absolutely love it.

Hey bombastic love ya clips a games you play mate. It sounds silly mate cause I don’t know who to talk to about giving ideas or anything like that but for example I noticed that you can stealth through places and other environments. And with stealth by any means maybe you steal outfits from the enemy in order to blend in and sneak through their lines of sight? E.g your finding round a corner in a hall way on a star destroyer and a storm trooper is approaching, knock them out and steal there armour in order to get passed other troops or officers. If there is a skill or a perk to unlock or already have the ability for it on Star Wars outlaws then please let us know. If they don’t have the ability for it could you maybe speak with someone regarding as I think personally and other future players will agree how fun and intriguing that’ll be. I know some people won’t agree with it. But yeah love ya channel and love ya comedy in the clips 😂 take care.

There are enough other fun games, where I don't have to support shitty businesses, which, in the end, will lead to more and more of these shitty business practices. If you don't care, no problem, at least you are consitent in your stance. I hate people who will complain to the moon and back and then still buy the game.
