You captured the locals food lifestyle in the least tackiest way and Brad was absolutely the perfect person to be interviewing the people here. The taro leaf sauce in that dish at the end is a big thing in Trinidad. We call it callaloo. Stripped and stewed taro leaves in basically a stock, served as a soup or reduced to a sauce. It's amazing with crab!
