Brother, seems like you're doing great. For diet, just make sure you stay away from sugar, alcohol, and anything that's hyper-processed. If your diet allows it, try to eat 4 eggs every morning, meat for lunch and dinner, paired with rice and some sort of vegetable (spinach, cabbage, onion, garlic). This is exactly what I do. Keep it simple, and results will follow. Best of luck, brother!

It's possible drinking milk with sugar in the morning can raise igf-1. But in my opinion it's better to just avoid sugar altogether. The small spike of igf-1 isn't worth it.

Does vertical pressure helps to lengthened the bone?
@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
Yes, but only if you can do it for long periods of time (hours). We want the bone to heal in the lengthened position. Pulling on it for 10 minutes, for example, wouldn't do much

@@cyzz_le jumping and stretching looks effective?
@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
@@diwashshrestha5518 You're right. But jumping is mainly for microfractures, if done properly on a hard surface. And stretching will loosen your muscles so that they don't pull on the bone, causing the bone to heal in a shortened position. If you just do a bit of jumping and stretching, the changes you will see won't be permanent.

Use resistance bands strapped to your bed. Do micro fracture jumping just before bedtime.

I have an question about the force wins over bone concept, does this also apply to changing the shape of your nose for example
@yakuinfiprfgamer7025Ай бұрын
nose is not made of bone is made of cartilage. For example, If you see a skull, you'll see they only have a little bone over, but the majority of the nose is cartilage. So if you wanna change the shape of your nose I recommend you doing surgery or doing the following thing (which worked for me). I recommend you scrub some ice in your nose and near the nose, this will make it look more defined and reduce inflammation (which also reduces size). Furthermore, try to do some massages, the one that worked for me is to put the index finger justo under the nose holes and the thumb above the nose. then push up so the tip of the nose is looking up wards. By the way, I'm not an English speaker so it's probably some writing mistakes. Finally, try to change the position of your maxilla bone. You can do this by doing Mewing (which worked really well, but It took 2 years) and try to optimize testosterone, so the density of the bones will increase causing to have wider jaw, wider cheekbones and correct development of the nose. Oh yeah and never breathe for your mouth, because this will lead to the destruction of the face (no jaw, double chin fat, nose similar to an eagle and bigger fore head). That's all. If you have any doubts tell me :)

Do you know how to get microfractures in the arms?
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
High impact sports where you're catching things, or lifting things. American football, arm exercises, barbell cleans, etc. Then you stretch them out with bar hanging + dedicated arm stretches.

It depends. You can do low intensity running for 1 hour a day, and get microfractures through steady impact. Or sprint with 10 lb on each leg and tear both muscle and bone. I'd suggest taking it slow and steady.

I don't know the best ways yet. Some things you can try are: push ups on your knuckles, hanging from a bar, rock climbing, and boxing. Impact and tension are what will get you results. It's the same idea with running, which increases foot size.

My guy to correct you, Class 2 and Class 3 in Orthodontics are fixed through surgery after the age of 20, only so little change can be done through braces and its not worth it. 2nd Doctor Mike Mew said himself that mewing is better for young people and it will be very very hard to see changes with mewing after 25 years and the process may take 7 years or more. In general dont compare face structure and bones with other bones because our head bones have some cracks that creates space for potential changes unlike the rest of the bones so we're only left with height surgery wich you talked about(separating the bones) and its not worth it too because you will not walk like a human being for 1year in the best cases and your bones will never be as strong as a normal person
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
Hey man, great points. I'm a fan of Dr. Mike Mew myself, but I haven't done as much research as you. In my video, I just wanted to get across the idea that bone obeys outside forces. You're absolutely right that this idea is more effective in those that are younger, but given how height growth surgery works (and the miracle of osteoblasts), I must say there is hope (even if it's just a glimmer) for all my short kings out there.

How long does it take micro facture to heal !?
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
It depends on the severity. If it’s a full blown stress fracture that you cannot put weight on, then 4 months to 1 year. If it’s smaller, within the bone matrix, you just heal as you live. Over a few weeks the bone matrix repairs itself

@@p.pripenryh Healing time depends on the severity of the microfracture. We're not aiming for a full on stress fracture that puts you in a wheelchair and keeps a cast on your leg for 4 months. And perhaps the term "microfracture" isn't the correct one to use here. We're aiming for a similar effect that exercise has on muscles: the production of microtraumas that heal over a few days, resulting in bigger muscles.
