I wish I knew this kind of stuff back in my puberty years, now I find myself dissatisfied with my 5 ft 2 at the age of 28 (29 in december) and I'm a man btw so you can imagine how that sucks, even though I was NEVER bullied for my height and it's just a problem of mine. I come from a family of short people, my mom is 5 ft 0 and my father is at most 5 ft 6 so the genetics didn't really work in my favor (the "giant" in the family was my grandfather and he was 5 ft 9), but sometimes I think if I had indeed reached my maximum potential of growth or not, probably not but I think it's too late to work on that. The only thing I can do now is probably stretching to correct my posture and hoping to gain a few inches by doing so. Anyway great video and I love your mindset, wish it was that simple to get your desired height My desired height is 5 ft 9 like my grandfather, guess it will stay a dream, the best thing to do is accept my height and work on myself

@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
Hey m8, thanks for sharing your story and experience with height. You most likely will never become a giant, even with LL surgery, but you can try things like banded sleeping. I'm 20, and still growing a little under 1 cm per month. I've optimized everything: diet, sleep, supps, exercise, hormones, etc. I'd say don't lose hope until you try everything.
@keyphoenix90124 ай бұрын
@@cyzz_le Thanks m8 for the encouragement, the LL surgery is not even contemplated because it's hella expensive and comes with a lot of risks (also, like you said I would never become really tall so it's not that worth), at that point I definitely prefer to accept my height and work on myself to improve what I can improve with my own efforts, like focusing on becoming a better person for myself and the people I care the most. I'll try to improve my lifestyle as a whole to see if I can get some extra cm, maybe not the banded sleeping because it scares me tremendously. If all my efforts don't make a difference then I can say to myself that I tried everything. If people (women particularly) can't go past the height then they're not even worth my time, in a relationship there are far more important things than inches :). Maybe, considering that I'm not even 30, there is still a little glimmer of hope to recover some missing cm, if I really didn't reach my maximum growth potential during puberty

My methods that will work: sprinting: do 3 x 200 m sprints twice a week for 6 months and work your way up to 8 x 200 m with 1-3 minute rest intervals sauna: go into the sauna 30 minutes daily for a consistent and exponential increase in the release of growth hormone (HGH) cold showers: take cold showers every morning 5-10 minutes sleep: sleep by 10 pm, the first stage of the sleep cycle is between 10-1130 pm and that is where the most growth hormone is released, even if you get 9+, if you don’t sleep by 10pm, you won’t get as much HGH release as you would sleeping at 10pm. diet: eat a lot of high protein, like steak, chicken, and eggs, and eat potatoes and rice, and eat vegetables and fruits like carrots, bananas, kiwis, strawberries, etc. lastly, drink RAW milk, it is expensive but it has an insane amount of raw nutrients when it is unpasteurized. trust me, if you follow my steps with a positive mindset going into it (placebo effect + speaking it into being) you will grow, it’s not easy but you can do it.

Hey I’m trying to do the banded sleeping technique but having trouble with cutting off circulation specifically on the ankles ( I can endure it but am afraid it will lead to further complications) do you have any tips? Also have you seen any results with the banded sleeping yet?
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
I've had issues with this in the past. Cutting off circulation can lead to tissue death, so avoid it for long periods of time. There are a few ways to combat this: 1) use a lot of padding 2) set an alarm for every 3-4 hrs (bad bc it disrupts your sleep, but it does work) 3) lighten the resistance, and build up tolerance to a higher band resistance over time. This last one does work, especially if you're patient. Additionally, you can just do banded-lying-down during the day (while u watch youtube, or zoom meetings), and lessen the pressure whenever the circulation cut off becomes unbearable. Safety above everything, brother.

Currently 6’ 0.5 inches. Please talk about intermittent fasting and the negative effects of over eating and high bodyfat on height.
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
Nice, brother. Proud of you for doing your research and implementing it to get taller. Mk-677, aromatase inhibitors, and DHEA are all indeed ways to boost HGH and decrease estrogen, which help with growing taller. Just stay safe wit it 🤝 I'll make a video on fasting in the future (my vids for the next month are already planned out). But real quick: fasting for 24 hrs = 70 - 200% boost in HGH, for 5 days = 300% boost in HGH, and for 40 days = 1250% boost in HGH. As for high BF %, visceral fat is the main thing holding people back (limits HGH release), as well as the added contribution of gravity's tension on the bones.

Not necessarily. It just means the growth plates in your arms had more stimulation (either hormonal and/or chemical). But at 15, you still have a few good years to grow taller-- focus on optimizing your sleep and HGH (I have vids for these).

@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
I’ve heard you should not use your whole foot, try to have your toes a little past the pedal. Note that the most important aspect is the raised seat, with full leg extension. Cycling for 15 mi a day is optimal, but if you don’t have the time, try 10-15 per day. Keeps the heart healthy :) Best of luck brother 💪

@@syedhibbantanveer6745 That's a good question. I'm growing 1 cm per month with my methods (watch my prev vids to know more), but it varies from person to person. Some may be 0.2 cm per month, others 2 cm per month. I'm not sure what the ceiling (upper limit) here is, but I'd estimate 1 ft max.

Thanks for rhe great vid. What specific protocol do you plan to follow? Also, what are your thoughts about swimming with ankle weights attached to your legs? I read a study that this helped induce height growth in mice (the weight was attached to their tails)
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
I’ll talk about my specific protocol soon, I’m implementing everything and I’ll weed out all unnecessary or low yield activities. As for the mice study, I read about something similar, and it makes sense: force always wins over bone (think about braces for your teeth). Swimming with ankle weights might be too uncomfortable IMO, but ankle weights while hanging from a bar would be the perfect use case of ankle weights. If you decide to give it a go, do let me know! Cheers, Cyzz.
@vladislavsilayev59765 ай бұрын
I did start using ankle weights with swimming. 3 pound ankle weights on each leg. But i should caveat by saying im a very strong swimmer, so I dont recommend this for everyone. I will let you know how it goes Do you feel hanging upside down with gravity boots (inversion) would yield any results? Or better just to stick with holding onto a bar with your hands while hanging?
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
@@vladislavsilayev5976 Nice! Find what works for you, and stick with it brother. Gravity boots are great! I have not gotten mine yet, but I did experiment with inversion tables, and the main benefit of both is that you get a full body stretch with gravity as your friend. Just remember to pad the ankles though, they will hurt and circulation will be cut off at some point. Also, pressue will build up in the eyes, so it's not advisable to sleep upside down, in case you plan on doing it. Great questions, feel free to continue asking, I'm here for you
@vladislavsilayev59765 ай бұрын
@@cyzz_le Absolutely. I think my question is (as you mentioned earlier)- which actions/ techniques would give us the highest ROI? I think you discussed swimming, sprinting, and jumping as highest ROI. Followed by stretching/ yoga. And since we only have so much time in the day, I want to focus on what (hopefully) gives me the highest ROI. Do you think gravity boots are a high ROI activity or better just to concentrate on the swimming, jumping, etc?
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
@@vladislavsilayev5976 Another great question. I will make a video on this soon. Try to think of it in reverse: what are we trying to accomplish? Build longer bones. What are bones made of? Mainly collagen and crystallized calcium phosphate. So diet and sleep are technically the two highest ROI activities (a) u need provide the right nutrients and (b) give the body time to heal/grow. Then, it will be exercises, like you mentioned, to both boost HGH and create microfractures in the bone matrix. Personally, I only do running and weightlifting for microfractures because I only have so many hours in a day, as you pointed out. Updates on this coming soon.

LMAO again. Facial aesthetics and balding can always be improved upon. Your "reality doesn't work like that" mentality is demonstrably false. Reality bends to one's will. Everything you see in the physical world is just a manifestation of what's going on inside the mind. I have no limits, so I'm going to grow, my followers are going to grow. This applies to relationships, money, and physical attributes. It's not magic. It's belief, and the hard work that backs belief. The only one that seems limited here is you. And that makes me sad, but I suppose there's always going to be people like you. Don't put others down before you've taken their side and tried their methods for yourself. It's messed up.
