Hey Georgina! Thank you dear! It's such a pleasure to know how much you are enjoying to share your practice with us 🥰 I will try my best to be brief with my summary of each of our trainings 😅 I started by spending 7 months with my first teachers, Kobi & Pazit, at the Vagabond Temple in Cambodia. They have since moved their center to Thailand and I am actually participating in another training with them currently. I then went to India where I did a 250h TTC at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nashik and a 200h TTC in Dharamshala. I went back to the Vagabond Temple for another few months before moving to Thailand and studying at Agama Yoga, where Clelia and I met. After we married we went back to India and spent some time studying at Shivoham Tantra Ashram. And then for the last few years (covid times) I've spent more time studying Traditional Tantra, Kundalini and Shaivsim from various texts and other online sources. Before meeting me Clelia started her path with Goenka Vipasana, before going to India to do her 500h TTC at Sampoorna, between Goa and Dharamsala. I believe she was there volunteering for many months after her TTC finished (she's not here right now, so I'm going off of memory). She then did another 500h TTC with Agama Yoga in Thailand. In the last few years she's been doing multiple trainings in Family Constellation, Psychodrama, Shadow Work and Trauma Recovery. I hope this helps give you some inspiration into where or what you could do next! If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know! With love, Andrew 💞

Hi Andrew, thank you for the practice! Any suggestions on beginner frog pose? I started getting pretty nauseous about halfway through. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I'm glad you enjoyed it :) With regards to the Frog Pose, it's just a matter of building up the practice. 2min is quite intense, so don't feel bad if it was very challenging for you. It's perfectly okay to take breaks, go slower or stop early if you need, In time and with repeat experience it will become much more accessible - still intense! - but in a way that it's raising the vitality, rather than killing you ;)

Hii sir, I am your very loyal follower and look up to you for geniuine advice I am in great distress right now and only you feel trustable for asking this question please help me 🙏🙏 I was doing moolband yesterday taking the energy upward and I actually felt it going upward, after this I was literally going mad I don't know some explosion of emotion is happening within me in the manipuraka chaakra and I feel like I will go mad if I lose my mental control I was unable to sleep in the night and carry out my day to day work please help me sir🙏🙏 I don't know what has happened with me

Hello brother, first thing that is important for you to know is that this is a normal process, it's not dangerous, and even if it is a bit uncomfortable, it will pass and in the end you will feel much better about yourself and your life from having gone through this experience. I would encourage you not to fight this moment, as that will just make your mind suffer. Try to relax and surrender into the experience. If you cannot sleep, it's okay. A few nights without sleep will not hurt you. Take this time to reflect on your life. How have you been living? Are you happy with yourself? How do you handle your emotions and your relationship with your Self or with others? What do you really want to do with your life? This can be a golden opportunity to create some real, lasting changes in your life if you take advantage of it. And above all, be gentle with yourself. You might want to refrain from being around too many people during this time. Take more time to meditate and sit with yourself, eat lightly, avoid spicy foods and stimulants like coffee. Don't spend too much time on the phone ot social media. Again, this is a golden opportunity for you! Some people need to work for a lifetime to be able to investigate into the purpose of your life. I really encourage you to take advantage of this moment 🙏🥰

This is essentially the goal behind all of these practices, to learn to be present, as much as possible. So if you were able to achieve this state of meditation throughout your day, you would find much greater sense of peace, the ability to see things as they truly are, to be much more effective in your life and in your capacities to help others, and an overall very high sense of Self awareness.
