Looks wonderful Andrew. Thanks so much for your teachings as always. Kundalini offers amazing techniques to help ease one’s way through life. I have been so blessed to have been introduced to it back in 2001 when I went through a time of stress and used it to help cope and have been practicing (with various degrees of regularity) ever since It never fails to help me through both bad times and good. This was an amazing practice, Andrew. Challenging at times but it was really well worth it. I feel totally awakened but at the same time very centered and relaxed. Yes, I'd definitely love to see more of these traditional kriyas here.

Can we do follow this yoga routine daily ?? Is it ok for begginers ?? Last tym I started doin Kapalbhati and bhrastrika prayama daily in the morning (120 & 100 reps each) bt after few days i started feeling vibrations all over my body & then i stopped doin them !

As this path is highly personal, I cannot say definitely that any practice will be recommended for any one person as a daily routine. That's something that would need to be determined more in a 1on1 setting. What I can say is that, in general, kapalabhati and bhastrika, are both great, super energizing and highly detoxifying practices that are good to purifying the body on many levels. And depending on one's current state that purification can be very positive or very uncomfortable. Always trust your instincts and if something feels like too much, ease off a bit - especially when you are practicing on your own, without direct guidance 💝

How is kapalabati breathing different from breath of fire?

@@amychicos7198 Kapalabhati focuses primarily on exhalation, while the inhalation happens passively. Whereas in Breath of Fire both inhalation and exhalation are active and equal.
