Hi, Andrew. My name is Anthony and i recently started to watch your videos. They are just amazing. I like all of them and i like your energy, the way you speak and your body movements. They make me want to continue this journey with you. I want to say one thing that happened to me today. Today i finished your 30 days breath routine. I don't know what to say and what to comment first. The changes in my body, in my energy, in my posture, in my way of thinking, in my mind, in my perception of reality and non-reality, ...in everything? I am so excited because i managed to do a small but noticeable progress in telekinesis. I was practising this some weeks ago but i was failing. I had watched some other channels on youtube explaining how they did it. I deduced that it had to do with breathing and i understood that i had to spend time in my breathing, in correct breathing as well as in understanding the energy around me, that it is constantly flowing and it is always around us. Anyway, just a few minutes ago i managed to move a small paper in pyramid shape, supported by a needle. I feel awesome, thank you so much. The breathing exercises with you enabled me to do it. Finally i made it. I am so glad. You are doing amazing work, and you have given so much content and knowledge for free, for all of us who want to either change our lives in a more positive way or to increase our awareness or whatever each one of us wants to achieve. Thank you so much, once again. Your videos are so many, in number i mean. I was anxious, how much time i have to spent to do them all. Haha, it needs time i know, but i spend everyday to do practice with you. Once more, thank you very much, your videos are amazing, you have acquired so much knowledge and you show us that you enjoy and you really like what you do. I wish you all the best, Andrew. Hello Anthony, thank you so much for your beautiful words! It's so wonderful to be able to share these teachings with you and hear all about how they are affecting your life in a positive way. Congratulations on reaching a milestone in your practice of telekinesis. That's incredible work brother! I know there are many many options to choose to work on, different styles of practice, so many different techniques. I would encourage you to not be overwhelmed by it, but rather to see it as an adventure with many different experiences to try out. Eventually you will find what works best for you and then you can go deeper into that practice for a while. Then when you find you need something new to re-motivate you, there will be plenty of options to choose from ;) Sending you my love and blessings on your path 💝

Great sequence for the legs. I leaned into the visualization of circulating energy during the floor poses. I can 'feel' the energy very clearly, but 'seeing' the energy is still using a muscle I'm not very familiar with. It's fun to exercise it. Thank you Andrew. Namaste.

You know, it's not important to "see" the energy. Each of us is connected more with a different sense. Some people see it, some feel it and others hear it. It's best to lean to your strengths. So fi you for your sense of feeling the energy is strongest, just work on refining that! In this way you will be working the most efficiently, for you 🙏💞 Namaste

Hey Andrew Thanks for this wonderful class on muladhara chakra. I really enjoyed to stay in the asanas and will do the extended version for sure. I experienced this class as a nice connection between doing yoga and meditation in one. In these days it's so important to me to be grounded and connected with the energy of mother earth. Andrew- I suffer from perenium pain severely do you feel this to be a root imablcne?

Hey Jocelyn, While the physical body is a part of the manifestations of the Chakras, I would not encourage the mind to take it as far as, [ pain in the body = imbalance in the Chakra ] There are many other factors that would need to be determined to say with confidence that there is an imbalance that needs to be addressed. It is important to also look at the energy, emotions, and overall consciousness around the Root Chakra to see if there is, and how one could work to correct some imbalance. In the case of the perineum, or genital area in general, it CAN be very connected with Muladhara, but also Svadhistana. It could be connected to Fear, Sexuality, Stress, Trauma, Social Connections or Anxieties, even addictions or compulsive behaviours. It could be a mix of some or all of these, or it could even just be muscular tension from poor posture or injury. There are many ways to understand the complexities of the Chakra system and identify where and how to heal from specific issues. If you want to learn more about this aspect of healing the Chakras, we go much more in depth into this area of focus in our second level of Journey Through the Chakras: TRANSFORMATION. We look at the different layers of emotions connected with the Chakras, how they developed throughout our lives and explore a variety of practices to release blocked energy, emotions and traumas that may have occurred over the years.
