I've been doing Daisy's workouts for a month now and following her diet plan with the 14 day detox and so far I feel great, I no longer crave or want junk food and I get less bloated as well I also have a perkier ass that added a inch :) I'm happier to because now I actually look forward to workout everyday, thank you ! I’m update you all 💖 Day 1 - ate healthy, went on a run, multiple daisy workouts! For the rest of the days I forgot to update I haven’t given up and i have had no rest days!! I have been running too x (Already see a difference in my happiness and body, obviously not huge!)

Tbh this is one of the best workout I’ve ever tried , it motivates me and usually I would stop doing the exercise and give up but I did the whole workout without any problems so I’m gonna give updates : day 1 : it felt great , felt the burn , I’m going to try to do a glute activation before the workout (updates tommorow❤️) day 2 : holy shit , my body was on fiiiiireeeee , I did Vicky Justiz 5 min glute activation before this workout and only 8 minutes of the booty pyramid (updates tommorow)

I literally love Daisy so much like she’s the sweetest girl out & her workouts are the only actual workouts I do anymore because they are the ones I feel the most, love the most & also motivates me the most. I literally started doing a lot of her workouts a couple of months ago especially her abs ones & omg I’ve literally seen such great results I’m so much confident & happy with my body now I feel so much happier, healthier, stronger & more, I couldn’t recommend Daisy more I’ve seen more results in like 4 weeks doing her workouts than 4 months doing everyone else’s. 10/10 recommended Daisy💕xx

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if it's not combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following dietarize's fat loss meal plan for 3 weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😀 Great video Daisy, keep up the good work!

I NEED HELP.. I've been doing booty workouts like literally everyday (for more than a year in quarantine) and I don't see a noticeable difference in my glutes. I'm a lean girl that has very little body fat and I eat very healthy and is basically active everyday. I've tried a lot of different booty workouts and they all don't seem to help much. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to eat differently? PLEASE HELP LOL I've been working so hard :(

@@DeOGBees I think you need to increase your calorie intake if you want to grow your glutes. And some people also used to say that hip thrusts Or glute bridges are way better than squats if you want to grow your butt. Also hear to your body and give it proper rest ☺.

This works!!! I was doing koboko fitness booty workout for less than a week i guess then i decided to try this. Its my 2nd day today and i did this along with the 4min burnout, I NOTICED A DIFFERENCE. That fast. I noticed that when i wore my loose shorts the booty part was fitted no cap. I’ve always wanted to workout to be more comfy in my body but I’ve struggled keeping up with it daily and this had been going on for the past 7 years; I also have trouble losing weight. Recently I’ve come across her workout videos and it’s currently my third day doing her workouts. They are challenging but I know I can actually keep up and I feel it working! I'm still going with this program for the next 2.5 months to see the final result .I do it about 4 times to 5 times a week (two days of exercising+1 day of resting) you should definitely try it!!

You can't obviusly do both at the same time, but I'd suggest first lowering your calorie intake to tone the muscles of your upper body ,and then increasing it to grow your lower body. You can do it the other way around, but in this order I found it easier to get the body I wanted.

Día 1: El ejercicio no me salió muy bien y no lo termine porque me cansé JAJAJAJAJ😭 Día 2: Creo que ya voy entendiendo el ejercicio, esta vez me salió mejor que la vez anterior, también me cansé y sude. No pude terminar el ejercicio porque me empezó a doler la espalda, pero estoy segura que mañana lo voy a poder terminar.

Updating you guys everyday (please reply so I can remember to update. I am also currrently doing the hourglass abs workout. Day 1 - ✅ did the ab workout twice, was feeling a little swearing on my back, thigs and butt burning, feeling really happy with myself although it was a bit hard to keep going. Day 2 - ✅ My neck was SO hot. But it was defintely worth it because I could feel the burn. But it was mainly in my legs and only a little in my butt, Is that normal? Anyway I also did the ab workout twice because I ate some sugary foods today and I don't want it to affect my exersise, i'm also going to start lifting weights at the gym with my friend starting next week on tuesdays and thursdays. Day 3 - ✅It feels hard but it's defintely easier than it was before and I can actually feel my glutes burning. Day 4- ✅ It was really hard this time round because I had a big day. But I pushed through and I will not give up. Day 5 - ✅ Today I felt SO SO motivated and I was actually hyping myself up about the workout. And honestly i'm really proud of myself cause I really tried today, and although i'm tired I feel like it was really worth it. And i'm so happy to be feeling like this. Day 6 - ❌ I’m disappointed in myself but I did have a very big day today. And tomorrow I will be doing the workout. But I did do the ab workout 🏋️♀️

I am so glad u finished with side and rear profiles because those are most outrageous views of you that for me is most inspiring. You could have shot side profiles throughout the routines and back and forth and not only from the same angle the entire video.
