For those who want to get abs fast this is the best workout I’ve even done like I’m not exaggerating it at all. I’m mid chubby and just by doing 1 of this my stomach is already toned for real. I’ve been doing her other abb workout that makes your waist smaller which also was really affective. For real don’t just watch this and say you will do it later, you know what you want, and by doing this or any 10min exercise will still be progress even if it’s something small, small things changes people lives. Ur in charge of your life and don’t let your mind say no I will do this later, just do it and your future self will thank you. i’ve decided to do this everyday so i’ll start updating.. day 1: it was hard but not too much, im surprised i could do it without a break. my stomach hurts a bit though which is good day 2: it was a bit harder than yesterday bcs i still had the stomach pain and today i could also do it without a break which is great! day 3: i didn’t do it today bcs my stomach was sore, im going to do it tomorrow when my stomach is better. i’ve started eating a bit better but i’ll start eating even better. day 4: i went swimming for an hour bcs im on the swim team so i was too tired to do it… day 5: i was hanging out with my friends all day day 5: swimming again so i didn’t get the chance to do this..im going to do it twice tomorrow um so its been a few months and honestly i just started going to the gym, i haven’t done it in a long time but this video definitely helped with my stomach while i did use it

This is effective for me. I can see my 11 lines now and I don't have an ab crack but now it's slowly forming on my mid ab. I always feel sore after a day doing this and I like the feeling of it cause I feel like something is happening on my ab✨ I do this ab pyramid and the hourglass one afterwards...

i will be recording my progress!! day 1: ngl it was pretty difficult but i felt great afterwards. i’ve been doing the cinch waist workouts from her last week so i think that’s what helped me with this one day 2: oh god it was very difficult today. i struggled hahah but felt good after day 3: it was still hard but it was a little bit easier compared to yesterday. my soon to be toned stomach feels it hahah day 4: didn’t get the chance to do it because my parents visited me for college and it’s a long drive :((

Comenzaré a hacerlo y trataré de hacerlo 4 veces por semana, no solo quiero cumplir este reto para estar tonificada si no para implementar el ejercicio a mi vida diaria, espero ser constante y cumplir la meta Día1: listooo,de verdad fue difícil y me tomé varios descansos pero se pudo, sentí como mis piernas y mi abdomen se trabajaban !

Lo dejé por varios meses pero la vdd que si trabajas mucho el abdomen y si eres constante y lo haces por mucho tiempo logras definir el abdomen, solo no te obsesiones mucho y descansa varios días (no seguidos) lo puedes hacer 3 o 4 días a la semana y verás q funciona!

I going to be doing this workout for two weeks straight with only one rest day in each week Day one: it was pretty difficult but I felt great afterwards I’m glad I did it ✅🦋✨ Also my measurements waist: 28inch Lower fat: 30

okay so i’ve been working out since November with daisy, chloe’ and pamela’s workouts so im gonna try this one and i’ll tell u how it goes (im not gonna do it everyday bc i do one day abs, another arms and so on ) day 1: i did the whole challenge and it wasn’t that hard just a lil bit exhausting but i felt the burn and that’s what matters

updating evryday bc i need that bod day 1: wow, it was amazing. i’m so surprised at myself for pushing thru. my neck is pretty sore though which i dont think is right, so tmrw i will try to improve on doing them properly :) im also doing 2 of daisy’s other ab workout other than this, a brizilian butt lift workout and daisy’s bubble butt workout also ;) day 2: friday, skipped !!! day 3: i absolutely LOVE, LOVE this workout so f’ing much !!!! my neck isn’t as sore as the first day, and i didn’t take any breaks and i feel amazing !!! only the reverse crunches is when my neck starts hurting a lot day 4: was acc yesterday, but omgomg nothing makes me WORK like this workout. it’s intense, makes me sweat lots, but just enough for me to push thru. amazing !!! HI GUYS THIS IS A 5/11 UPDATE. for the past week n a half i’ve been just...LACKING HELLA. i was inconsistent and did a few daisy workouts but was totally skain. however i’m motivated again(i HOPE) and today i got back on track with my regular workouts, and am about to start this WOO!!!

i guess my comment never posted but anyway, im going to do this and keep you guys updated. im doing this along with her cinch waist workout, bubble butt workout and another hip workout. starting measurements: waist: 25 inches hips: 34 inches butt: 19 inches (?) day 1:✅ i really felt the burn 😭😭 it was kinda hard for me to keep up and i sweat like a pig but i did the whole thing so i feel pretty good. day 2:✅ waist: 24.8 inches, hips: 34.6 inches, butt: 20.4 inches. my legs got reeeaaally tired doing this but i powered through it. also my abs hurt so much today whenever id stretch day 3: ✅ i started my period today 😞 so i might be a little bloated and i dont see major results, i guess my stomach looks a little slimmer. but i did itt and its starting to get easier. i think im gonna stop measuring everyday and instead measure every 2 weeks day 4: ✅ i almost didnt do it cause i was really tired and took like 3 naps today, but i pushed through it and reminded myself "if you ever think of quitting, remember why you started". i feel really good!! day 5: ✅ again i didnt really feel like doing it but i did anyway day 6: ❌ my back was really hurting today and by the time i felt better it was already getting pretty late and i have school tmrw so i only did the dumbbell booty workout since it was only 5 mins. on a positive note, i lost 1.5 inches off my waist!! day 7: so i havent done this in about 6 days but all i can say is this workout really helps with bloating bc even tho i wasnt doing the workout i barely bloating. i started working out again today tho and it feels great!! keep going guys dont quit like me lol

I love these pyramids! It’s so true about the ears popping. I finished the whole thing and when I got up my ears started popping. I’m taking that as a good sign!...BTW I’m a 40 year old woman, I’m pretty much in shape but I haven’t exercised in years. If I can do it, it’ll be easy for all the younger ladies...I found Daisy randomly cuz my nickname is Daisy and i clicked on her video just cuz her name was the same as mine. okay, i am beginning my fitness journey ready for the summer. please like to remind me because at the moment i have no motivation haha DAY 1: ✅ i struggled a bit, definitely felt a burning sensation in my stomach. i did have to pause the video once or twice to take a break lol - obviously no difference just yet. DAY 2: ✅ didn’t struggle as much, still felt a burning in my stomach. i didn’t have to pause as many times. still no obvious change.
