Banded side steps - 10 reps Monster walk - 8 reps Lying heel lift - 20 reps (each leg) Use a resistance band for all of the above!

@@swaiilla1533 depends on your body type, sometimes you may can activate your glutes even without a resistance band. If you dont see results try some other workout.

I've been using this before any booty workouts for the past 2 weeks... let me tell you honeyy, my hip dips have disappeared and my bum is popping. I never had better results.

@@guillenpamela I didn't change my diet at all but i eat generally healthy. I stay away from sugar, processed foods, gmos, high corn fructose, ect.

@@miaruiz8681 for me working out has helped me find the motivation to eat more because in order to build any muscle I need to be taking care of my body and eating the right things. Starving will just leave me skinny, not toned. I don't speak for everyone though

I started working out without eating which only led to worse results (obviously lol) and it took me a lot of time but I can say that (hopefully) the worst is in the past. I still struggle a little bit with food but at least I have my period now and a healthy functioning body. Can’t be more grateful. I hope you’re living a wonderful life ❤️

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if it's not combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following Dietarize's fat loss meal plan for 3 weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Daisy, keep up the good work!!

@@annaslay7222 she talks for 1 minute 45 seconds at the beginning and then for 1 minute 54 seconds at the end... so that equals to 3 minutes 39 seconds. So 7-3:39 is going to be 3:21 so they were actually pretty close.

Guys I’ve been using this glute activation and I’m not kidding!!! My butt has grown after 2 weeks my bf even told me and my mom they see a difference !! Make sure to work your booty good good and eat lots of proteins and have rest days for your booty to grow

its burning for sure!!!!!! edit because I started this a long time ago. I consisstenly did it everyday for 6 months. then a couple times a week. Doing these workouts changed the shape of my booty! Once I had been in collage a few years I realized my booty was flatter. After loosing weight it felt even more small and un-shapley. These workouts work! Whats just as amazing the look, my daily hip pain went away! My hips hurts for a couple years!!! if you are reading this, stay consistent and never give up!

how do you squeeze your glutes?! Like fr- I have to concentrate on doing it before each REP?! like I can’t keep holding it when I’m doing excerises (eg fire hydrants)

Daisy, I have a question! So I have my resistance bands higher up like a little above my knees. Is that okay? Only because when I have them lower, They don’t stay tight enough even with a heavier resistance, and my back ends up hurting. I don’t want to do this activation wrong. So hopefully where I place my bands is still okay.
