@@miaruiz8681 for me working out has helped me find the motivation to eat more because in order to build any muscle I need to be taking care of my body and eating the right things. Starving will just leave me skinny, not toned. I don't speak for everyone though

I started working out without eating which only led to worse results (obviously lol) and it took me a lot of time but I can say that (hopefully) the worst is in the past. Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if it's not combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. its burning for sure!!!!!! edit because I started this a long time ago. I consisstenly did it everyday for 6 months. then a couple times a week. Doing these workouts changed the shape of my booty! Once I had been in collage a few years I realized my booty was flatter. After loosing weight it felt even more small and un-shapley. These workouts work! Whats just as amazing the look, my daily hip pain went away! My hips hurts for a couple years!!! if you are reading this, stay consistent and never give up!

Daisy, I have a question! So I have my resistance bands higher up like a little above my knees. Is that okay? Only because when I have them lower, They don’t stay tight enough even with a heavier resistance, and my back ends up hurting. I don’t want to do this activation wrong. So hopefully where I place my bands is still okay.
