Just buy a parkside screwdriver it has usb c It does the job

Yeah, Bosch is annoyingly peculiar like that - innovative in some areas, especially with all the useful IXO add-ons, but stagnant in others, like sticking with the outdated usb micro cable.

How sensitive is that trigger? Can you control the speed based on the amount of pressure applied to press it? Or does it only have one rotational speed irrespective of how hard or soft you press?

You can tell the tool does not have variable speed control, the guy in the video is not too bright or just lazy.

Would this be any good for screwing bed pallets into the frame, do you think it would struggle as there's at least 20 on each bed with quite a bit of depth??
