For some reason it makes me happier to see the RX8 doing this journey. Im guessing its because i myself am financially not capable of buying an rx7 (or rotary swap a corvette). I still hope i can join the rotary family soon be it an RX8 or something even more spicy. Gotta say tho the vette looks nice and im happy you could get it to SEMA by itself.

It's nice with the parallel assembly of both the cars going back and forth. One worrying about tiny gaps and self tapping screws, the other bashing and tow strap mashing the car into somewhere in the ballpark of actually looking like a car 😂

It's very impressive the channel and garage you've built in a relatively short period of time. I still remember when you posted that video of your beat-up 3-rotor blasting spectators off of walls when you launched at the track. I'm putting in my vote for the RX8 because it's a genuinely good chassis and is very attainable to most people that are willing to do a lot of the work themselves.

The RX8 is actually a really interesting build. I don't feel the chassis got any love when it was around due to the lack of power and more weight than the RX7. No one else is doing it so good on you guys for the bringing the rotary back into the light.

Department of Transportation is responsible for damages caused by rough road conditions. They have a form you can fill out to get reimbursed. Usually it's for rim or window damage but it will force them to not only reimburse you but also fix that gap in the highway. Please make Isaiah start a channel. Welding is not easy and he is a wizard that should spread his knowledge.

Rob, You are doing good and reaching wide audiences. Drove by my neighbor one street down and his kid was working on his blue rx-8. Went to get some adult beverages and on the way back thought I would cruise by and recommend your channel since you guys have just brought a Rx-8 back from the brink of death. Cruised up, rolled down window, said to the kid "hey if you guys need any help on the rx-8, this guy on youtube named Rob Dahm, works on rotories and they just restored an rx-8 headed for a junkyard". Kid says, yup, I watch him religiously. I think he will be alright :)
