If you have a gap of 3 inches between the knees, Its most likely from bad posture, week muscles, or you have flat feet. People who have minor bow leg usually have some kind of pronation in the ankle, which collapse the foot arch and pushes the knee out. This is why the knees points outward. Get custom orthotic to prevent further bowing of the leg and follow the exercise prescribe on her channel. Train your adductor and your medial hamstring. Stay consistent, this usually takes up to ten months. The photo in the video is very minor, so that is why he was able to do it in 3 months. Add some medial hamstring exercise on top of the adductor book squeeze exercise. If you don't have a book or rather use something else get a swiss exercise ball.

Hi Vanaro t, great contribution to this topic. Thanks for your expertise and sharing your thoughts with us. I agree with everything you wrote but the aspect of pronation. Over-pronation is more likely linked to a person with knock knees, while many with bow legs over-supinate. But everyBody is different and absolutely unique. Stay safe!

Hi, i just just saw your channel today and did some yoga exercises. I felt good and I'm wishing i hope i one day i could correct my legs too. I'm already 26yrs old, I hope I'm not late. I'm going to download the ebook, as you said in the video from your website. I tried different exercises for the past 2 years(not consistent). I've even tried the koreans & hindi ones in which i don't even understand. I just keep on following their actions. Some worked. But some made my knees ache. So anyway, I've recently tried the yoga exercises you've teached in your videos, this made my relief. My knees didn't hurt at all, my legs a little bit sore, but it's a good sore. Thank you so much for all the help. ❤

Hi, your videos have been very helpful and I do appreciate it, actually I have a false curvature kind of bowlegs, am not really bothered it, but of recent my urge to grow taller becomes so strong that have been on the net searching endlessly, I came across a post that implies if I have a form of leg deformity I can add some few centimeters if I can correct it, how true is this? Kindly help me with an answer, God bless

Hye mam I also have bow lege everything was alright till I was 12-13years of but suddenly I noticed that my lege have a large gap between them I went to doctor but the condition was not improved then what should I do now to cure my legs and make them aaright again plz also tell the system bow leg no more in detail 🥺🥺

You can't correct bow legs without surgery. It is a solid bone, you can't change shape of bone. Please don't lie to people or give false hope.
