What a great lesson! such fine analysis and attention to detail. and I love to see a coach working with nothing but himself, no equipment. very clean.

I love the eastern European style. Lots of emphasis on mobility and craft rather that just setting up big shots or combinations. The guard is interesting too. In the British style, your hands should never be that far from your chin (i guess that's more permissable when you can control range with that kind of footwork)

The Soviets developed many incredibly fruitful alternatives to Western inventions. Sadly, this is underappreciated both in the East and in the West.
