Im a old School fighter and to combine tension and speed workout really needs a good training program. But i liked the vídeo at all. Ball and sandbag throwing amazing for that.

Very nice exercises. The only thing missing is the importance of the core. Core is the engine of the body. Improve the engine and your power/speed will increase.

@tamimhusain33764 жыл бұрын
Hey Wilson I'm watching a lot of your vids to learn more about the science behind speed/strength/power so thanks for all your great content. I wanted to ask, before I watched your videos, I was doing a lot of plyometrics/explosive work all year round, is that okay? I ask because I see you mention a lot of these type of exercises in phases (e.g. tapering phase), so would it be harmful if I have a routine of plyos 2x a week all-year round?

Boxing is not a science, boxing is an art.

I think the perfom of boxing is an art but there is science behind its performance, like in any art, think about architecture it need science even to decide where a windows should be to maximize natural light use

Landmine seems a little like ball throw.
@peets94905 жыл бұрын
A bit different since the angle of the movement is higher. Landmine is loading the shoulder more through the repetition and will work your deltoids more than the ball throw which is better for strength and endurance. Ball throw utilizes energy through the hips and core through the projectiles motion to help load up more of that initial power and energy when punching

Just show the exercise without the description. Your edit is annoying. I like the tips and work but man keep in in tune.
