I disagree. That's a bit harsh actually. Guess what they did was wrong but it's not like they can't learn from it they clearly shouldn't be around the children anymore but after they do their time I think that they can be productive people in society they didn't beat their child to death. They were people that lost their way as parents and should have reached out.
@heatherblanchard54925 ай бұрын
Locked in a box like they did to poor boy.
@edwinacaparelli99115 ай бұрын
The reason I disagree is because I think (this is just my opinion) that they were people that didn't ask for help and just let their frustration get the best of them and made a seriously stupid decisions. They did not know that this is not going to help the child it's going to help their problem for them, but it doesn't actually help the child and that is where they went wrong. Not including what they did was actually highly illegal. We also need to take into account that some people that make bad decisions can actually change and I think after they are finished with the sentence that they will likely never do this again. And that's probably what the judge is thinking and also sentence guidelines. The other thing is I don't believe that this warrants life in prison simply because what do you do with people that have killed children or kill people, what do they get sentenced to? I guess there is the death penalty but that is also a very controversial thing too. So do I think he should have 10 years yeah. But not life

I literally just heard of this case & this is the first video I’ve watched about it so I’m out of the loop big time but wondering if you can give a quick summary as to why you think the judge was awful in this case? Was it because of the pitiful 5yr sentence for treating an adopted child so horrifically?
@alidadebruyn365 ай бұрын
@@dmarie8743 because Tim came from a military home, his dad was military. The judge was also brought up in a military home and said he could understand how that impacts the family life. The judge sentenced him to 5 years because of this. What Tim and Tracey done to this child has NOTHING to do with their upbringing, we all have choices in life. A voice recording of Tracey so called disciplining the child who had special needs, they knew that when they adopted him. When you adopt you promise to love that child and to give them a better life, a better future. This judge needs removing. He should not be basing sentences on military but on the case. This means everyone in the future in his court room can blame it in their military upbringing. Total disgusting. Tracey was not brought up in a military family yet you can hear the evil things she says to the child. I don’t care what a child does wrong, you DO NOT lock them in a room no lights no heating, a place they have to use a bucket as a toilet no water no food. Shameful. Sad thing is this child in court tells Tim he still loves him and forgives him. The child has more decency than both Tim and Tracey put together.

He’s a monster and always will be and as for Tracey…they both just make me sick to my stomach. They are both angry that the adopted son told everyone what they did to them and they also recorded the whole thing so plenty of evidence. Its sick that these horrific child abusers get so little time. Why does a child have to die for them to be given time they deserve. Same with attempted murder. I dont get it. 😢

Shame on her. She belongs in prison. I would never ever offer her a plea

I don’t like that please are offered in 78% of cases here in the US. I understand that in some cases they are trying to save the victims from going through the trauma of a trial but they should find another way to have the victims testify. Maybe in chambers where it can be recorded or something. Our judicial system is really broken and needs an overhaul. Too many predators are getting slapped on the wrist. No long sentences or long sentences but too early for parole. Like the father got 5 years. He can be out on parole in 3. It’s just not enough. I believe the victim (s) should be the ones who pick the punishment. If they are too young or unable to the. The perpetrators sit in prison until the victim is able to make that decision.

They were both emotionally immature. Not sure why they felt qualified to adopt another child. They were way out of their league.

They are both narcissist. They wanted to have control over more children. The power and control these monsters need to be happy is incomprehensible. It’s never ending. They always want more and more.

I hope this mother of the year is released from a 5 year prison term minus her two front teeth. I pray the inmates give her the justice that the court refused to do to her and her demonic husband.
