This energy is shit ppl want but can’t pay for . This shit feels like we are a fly on the wall of a beautiful, intimate conversation…and that’s the content that will emotionally affect ppl 20 years down the road

Introspection is so incredibly important. I know sooo many people that do not seem introspective at all. You have got to check in with yourself. Examine your motivations. Why am I doing this? Why am I feeling that? Taking a moment to do this really makes such a difference. One of the things that I noticed when I started to do these “check ins” was negative thought patterns. Changing my thought patterns helped with my anxiety and depression quite a bit. Exercising regularly did as well. I used to have panic attacks at least once a week, at some points it was daily and lasting up to 45 minutes. I have now gone years without having one. *knock on wood* 😅 I feel so much more at peace. I want that for everyone. So I always take the time to tell people what has worked for me in the hopes that they too will benefit.

Vulnerability greatest sign of maturity, it is refreshing to see a guy expressing himself the way he did. He is in tune with himself, i love being in my 30's I feel like everyone is a little more honest. We care less about putting up a front. Cheers to this real talk 🥂

I never knew much ab Sofia before the Nelk video and after I didn’t form much of an opinion but I didn’t think highly of her. Now after watching brads podcast w her and watching this one… Sofia is a really wise, humble, and compassionate human being. I think it’s partially her age but also she’s been thru some shit and usually those are the best people. I’m a fan now. Much love Sofia

I love how she was like you want a girl to make you a sandwich every night and that’s not really what he meant lol. Doesn’t everyone love being cooked for ? I cook but I love that my husband loves to cook so I don’t have to every night. I took it as he wants a partner who can be a team mate. Like I’m working all day if you aren’t I’d like for her to help do things she’s available to do and if she is working and building he won’t expect those things all the time bc she is working and building too.

yea, she def' did not get! He was really trying to have a 'real' & 'deep' conversation with her and she didn't get it! I love her, but she came off a little insensitive in this interview, I mean for gods sake the man was literally crying and she was not relating. lol
@ChrisSimpiamson3
@ChrisSimpiamson3 Жыл бұрын
No he def did mean that and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that at all. He is a jacked multi millionaire gym owner that probably has thousands of girls hitting him up that would be willing to cook for him and then some. To think that you don't have to bring anything to the table as a woman for a top 10% guy is delusional.
@k.l.7782
@k.l.7782 Жыл бұрын
I think it's because he didn't say he would cook for her too. If you're both passionate about your jobs, it needs to be a 50/50 situation at home. Otherwise, just find a housewife.
@katiecook11
@katiecook11 Жыл бұрын
so you want her to be passionate and driven about something, but also cook you food. What are you doing for her then besides being passionate/driven?
@ChrisSimpiamson3
@ChrisSimpiamson3 Жыл бұрын
Are you blind! He's a fookin jacked multi millionaire, what do you mean what is he bringing to the table? The better question to ask is what is she bringing to the table? Bradley has the leverage here because pretty much all women are chasing the 6ft 6pack 6 figure+ guy but those guys only account for 4% of the population which means that there is only 1 666 guy for every 250 women. So what do you bring to the table that 250 other women don't?

How lazy can American women be LOL. Yall don't bring anything else to the table outside of looks but you can't muster up enough willpower to cook for a man that's a jacked multi millionaire? Ya'll crazy.

if both people love selflessly, none of this other stuff matters. this just sounds like finding a way to explain how to love someone and still be selfish. doesn’t work. selfishness will get you alot of things, but it wont get you a happy family.

Love u Sof' but I think you missed the mark with this interview. I think Bradley went too deep for you love! Bradley is the shit.. I don't think u really understood what he was saying or what he meant. Before we (Women & Men) try to love and/or get into relationships, "we have got to love ourselves FIRST!" If you don't love u and are not true and honest with yourself, you will be constantly looking for someone to make u whole. Sadly, relationships with people that do not truly love themselves have a revolving door, because it makes them super clingy. That's for both women & men! I will say (speaking for women), it is so important that we love ourselves first! The more you love yourself, the better your relationship and you will be surprised how much BS u WILL NOT put up with! Because when u don't love u, and u feel like u cant be alone, u are going to put up with anything! That's actually sad, when u really think about it! I have a lot of friends like this and yes it is sad. I'm not perfect, but I love me!! I also love my solitude! However, I was not always this way! I was that girl that did not love herself, because I was damaged & hurt! Not anymore though, and it feels really good to know my worth! ❤❤

Seen bradly speak about his father and what happened I feel like he is missing a vital peace. His pops was probably clinically depressed. Manic depression. Which is a form of mental illness. A chemically balanced person doesn't just decide to kill themselves. Definitely an underlying issue there whether diagnosed or not.
