Thank you Neil. I am so grateful to you. All this time I was unable to do deep breathing exercises. I feel weak and am suffering from neuropathy. After watching your videos I realised I was trying too hard to breathe which made me feel even weaker. The small exercise that you taught to close the nose helped me immensely. 🙏

Good video and great content in general. HOWEVER: having background music in a video targeted at people with brainfog is really odd. Gives the impression that you don't really understand the issues of your own target audience. The less annoying sounds the better. Therefore: please consider not having background music in your videos.

Ever since i had chemo, i have an extremely difficult difficult time waking up. The only thing that ever help is the diet drug, phentermine. The government has made a conntrolled substance. Only half the dosage. I can not make it through a full day of work. Please give suggestions. Thank you.
@thebuteykomethod6 ай бұрын
Hi @michellemcmillan6149, thank you so much for sharing. It sounds like you have been having a really tough time, and I'm sending lots of hugs your way 🤗. I think the first step is to try to understand why the body is struggling to wake up. Asking your doctor for tests to rule anything obvious out might be a good place to start, then perhaps working with a functional therapist. It may also be that the body just needs more time to recover from the trauma of the chemo. Am sorry I can't be of more help and wishing you all the best 🙏🏻
